GEN1607 - GEN-PAK Corp. Countertop Folded Towel Dispenser

I run an AirBnb renting out two bedrooms that share a bathroom. I feel this is more sanitary than multiple people using cloth towels after washing their hands. Works with multi-fold paper towels that I get at Sam's Club.I wish this model was available in white!

We tried out the multi fold napkins and this device has been a great so far . It looks simple, not too bulky. all black feels sturdy and fits perfectly on the side of our standard size sink.Only downfall is it only hold a third of the napkin pack so depending on how many people you have over you’re constantly having to refill it.

I wasn't expecting a TORK Xpress at $17 but I would like to have received something that at least looks new. The unit I received looks like it has been handled quite a lot. Maybe the way it is made causes a lot of handling and it marks easily, or maybe it gets battered in shipping, I dunno... but look at the pics and judge for yourself.The unit does work pretty well, so I have no beef with the function. It has a simple design and gets the job done.

I bought this to keep inside our boat to keep the paper towels dry. Therefore, I did not need anything fancy as other reviewers have said When you first open the container, push the spring and the plastic pad all the way down to the locking position and then attach to the container, otherwise the bottom will just simply pop off. I don’t know as the holder becomes less full, if it will naturally unlock to push the remaining paper towels up. If it does not, just simply open the bottom and unlatch spring and then reattach the bottom.

Un-true to myself, I didn't really read the reviews because the price was relatively cheap, so I thought "what's there to lose?"Unfortunately if you fill this dispenser with a FULL pack of folded towels, the 2 tabs on the side won't stay shut and it will just fall apart and the towels will pop out.The only way to make this work is to fill it about 50-75%, THEN it'll stay closed.Poor design.

After looking for a pop up multi-towel dispenser for some time, only to find consistently inflated prices, I gave this one a try based on it's price point compared to others. I found it very easy to load, attractive enough, and it works very well. I like my first one and so purchased a second, equally pleased! This is a good value relative to the other models on Amazon. Watch the price, b/c I noticed is swings as much as a couple dollars during the week... had to wait a few days to get my second one at a similar price as the first (actually, a few cents less). Happy customer!

This is the cheapest dispensers on amazon of this kind. Follow what other say in these reviews and will have no problems.Do not release the spring when you fill it up. I filled mine all the way and left the spring locked in place. If you unlock the spring with full paper towels then you will have problems pulling any from the dispenser.I noticed as i was using them the paper towel and the level was dropping with the spring locked. The paper towel starting not to reach the pull hole. When it starts not reaching then you release the spring and then the spring will start doing the work and pushing the towels up to the pull hole.After you relaize how it works then you realize you got a good deal for a cheap dispenser.5 stars

It works well! Got a second thought from buying because of some reviews, but to be honest there"s really no flaws on this one. Nice looking on my kitchen counter as well.
