Very tiny but pretty. Exactly how they look in the picture.
The biggest might be nearly a quarter inch long but most are quite tiny. Most are thin and flat. Slightly dark red.

I was worried when I ordered this that I would reciece either:A bag of glassA bag of plasticA very small bag full of pulverized garnet...Trust me when I tell you these are beautiful REAL stones!!! A little small but I was expecting that! I'm pretty sure I got over a pound of garnet! If you want garnet chips, get these!!!
