Ernie Ball Super Slinky Bass 2-Pack Bundle

I've been playing bass for five decades. In the 70's I used a variety of strings and they were all decent for the time. Then in the late 70's Ernie Ball came out with their Ernie Ball Slinky Series. I was sold! I've been using this line of strings since then. There is nothing like the zing of a brand new set of round wound strings.There is a school of thought nowadays that you need to use flat wound strings on bass to get a deep thumpy tone. Not true! Over the last four decades I've played in rock, jazz, country, and alt style bands. I've never had a problem with getting a deep thumpy tone out of my bass with Slinky's. They are snappy, clear, and have a very even tone from the low E to the high G. I also buy a couple packs at a time. If you want your bass tone to really stand out-- try these Slinky's. I guarantee your band mates will compliment your tone. Highly recommended!
