House of TsangSauce Ginger Soy, 9.85 Ounce

Used this as an ingredient to try to recreate Red Lobster’s Crispy Brussels Sprouts! Mixed it with other ingredients to create a glaze & it turned out so yummy that I was actually able to get my husband & his brother to eat Brussels sprouts 😀😀

I initially ordered it because a recipe called for it. After experiencing the taste difference, I have substituted it for regular soy sauce in some recipes. It's a nice change-up. It is not ginger-dominant.

Good, but not as much pungent ginger flavor as the last time I purchased it.

I am not a big fan of ordinary soy sauce, but this is so much better you have to give it a try. Our local store does not stock it any longer??? so had to order online.

The product is very good. I've used House of Tsang for years and we really enjoy it. But I had to give it 3 stars because whoever packaged it wasn't mindful it was a glass bottle. It arrive in a plastic Amazon envelope and it arrived broken because it was so ill packaged. I don't know if the driver just dropped it at the front door or if it was simply the packers fault or both. It was marked nowhere that it was fragile. So, I was very disappointed since we can no longer find this flavor where we shop.

Only way to get this in my area is to order it from Amazon now no one carries it. It's very good but it was old. It says it expires 630 2026 but the inside of it looks really old..
