Good, but seems to have some issues
Great concept, but very buggy. 50% of the time it has issues with sensing the paper right away. Not sure if this is software related or scanner related. I probably won't be a subscriber after the first free year. Why not just scan it to your hard drive?

Simple to set-up and easy to use
Simple to set-up and easy to use. If you're planing to scan hand-writing be aware that this device woundn't scan content written with every other color but black. Same story is when scanning pencil.

Great price for getting that paper work organized!
It took me a few days to get this down. I am not very savy when it comes to computer stuff, but now that I know how to use it, it is helping me get organoized. I love it! I am so pleased with this purchase. Great price too!

Not user friendly
It would only scan 8 1/2 by 11 paper. would not take anything smaller. It was difficult to put a document into a file. I would not recommend this item

SimpleScan out of business - product no longer usable
SimpleScan went out of business so I now have a $90 paper weight.

Simple is the perfect name for this product!
I had no issues getting this scanner up and running in minutes. My desk is so tiny, it was covered in paper but now I actually can see the surface.It's a cool looking little scanner and it works great on my receipts for tax time! The app is pretty easy to use too.
