7 Piece Set 4 Ounce Ramekins, Creme Brulee, Souffle, Custards (4 oz, Off-white w/Torch)

I picked these because i really like the sleek design of them, really beautiful addition to the rest of our white serving dishes that we got as wedding gifts. My intentions for buying these ramekins was to cook eggs in our air fryer and they work perfectly, whether you want egg muffins, mini quiches, McMuffin style eggs, etc. I’m not sure if it’s the ramekins or the eggs but if you don’t spray down the inside with oil food definitely sticks and they’re a little difficult to scrub down since they’re small enough to be hard to hold onto with soapy hands. I noticed there were a lot of questions and reviews mentioning their size so if you need a visual to go along with the description I added some photos next to a can of soda for sizing comparison. They’re more like pudding ramekins than creme brûlée ramekins, if that helps.

Nice souffle dishes. Upward, it tapers out slightly. Has the important straight sides, no ledge near the top edge that many ramekins have.

Did not read carefull enough! Always trying to buy US made products. These are sold from the USA but still made in CHINA :(They are nice looking and meet our expectations -

The bowls themselves are great . . . nice size and well made. The problem is that they don't stack well, making them difficult to place in the cupboards.

I used these ramekins for a private dining event that I cooked for. Chocolate Pot de Creme was the dessert. The ramekins did very well for the cooking process in the "bain-marie". The cooled down fairly quickly and were kept in the refrigerator. They were easy to transport from my kitchen to the customer's home. And they were easy to clean.I chose them because I like the simple, clean, horizontal pattern on the outside as well as being able to withstand heat, microwave, and dishwashers.I am glad I purchased them.

Not very stackable...wish they were a little more flared so they would stack better and take up less space in the cupboard.

These look cheap. I thought they were finer and yes, they are rather small, for a very small serving. There is little room to put the dollop of cream. On the other hand, guests are not going to turn them up side down, but they should remove that horrible "M Gastro Kitchen" large print on the botton of each ramekin.

Nice little dishes with a dressy feel to them, appropriate either for casual or more formal use. The quality seems good. They arrived in perfect condition. The only thing to watch: Make sure what size you are looking for. When they say 5 ounces, they mean 5 ounces up to the brim. I checked.
