3M Anti-Glare Screen Protector for Apple iPad mini/iPad mini with Retina display, 2/Pack (NVAG829233)

Bought this as I found out it's the same one sporty's sells for twice the money. Went on fairly easily and really knocks down the glare. I've used anti glare screen protectors in the past so I knew what I was getting into (slightly grainy screen) but this surprisingly isn't bad at all. There is some 'grainyness' but between that and not being able to see the screen in the sunlight the choice is pretty obvious. Another pro for me is the way your finger moves across the screen, these protectors seem to make it smoother and attract less fingerprint marks. Like it so much I bought one for my iphone too.

I'm a pilot who read different reviews looking for the best glare/screen protector and this is the one I chose. After applying it, this screen protector essentially eliminates glare and is much cheaper than Sporty's which was, as usual, way overpriced. In the airplane I will probably need to crank up the iPad brightness to compensate for the protector depending on the lighting conditions but it's worth it.

Easy to install, does the job totally, especially in the cockpit when using Foreflight. Tried a tempered glass option prior to installing 3M screen protector and the glass cracked twice. This filter is sturdy and anti-glare properties withstand frequent use and lots of finger prints. Would buy again - price point is excellent for value received.

This didn't help with glare.

Worked well , was able to trim it to fit a different brand tablet

hard to eliminate all the bubbles but it helps with glare
