So this was a little confusing because in the pictures it shows the blue side up. But the blue side is what is cold and you want on your arm/shoulder, so it should be blue side down. Took a few times of trial and error before we figured out how to attach the velcro and keep it in place. Once it was all in place, worked great and stayed cold.

This product is great for softball pitchers or kids in sports!
