I bought this for puree practice, but it was wonderful for chewing practice as well as my son got older. I found it to be a little large when he was younger, but the size obviously became more manageable with him growing. Not to say it was too big for the puree stage. It was just utilized differently. I feel much better knowing the slits are small and no larger chunks can get through. For a mom panicked about choking, this made me feel so much safer at the beginning of our eating journey.

This teether pop is PERFECT for breastfeeding moms who want to give their little babe a nice cool treat in the heat! I always see the netted teethers for fruits and the popsicle molds for breast milk and wished there were something I could make a breast milk pop out of without wasting my milk. As I am a “just enougher” I can’t afford to waste any of that liquid gold. When I saw this I knew it was perfect for my baby girl. The temperatures are rising and your baby deserves a cool treat too! This is definitely the perfect way to give that to baby without having to worry about them dropping their popsicle on the ground and having it get all yucky or having melted milk leaks out. The design is phenomenal. And though the price doesn’t seem very enticing I can assure you for our family it was worth every penny! Just buy it!!!!

However, it is a little difficult to operate when you first start using it. Easy to fill, hard to seal without losing liquid, resulting in a frozen pop that breaks off as soon as you try to open the latch. I’m sure there were completely thorough, detailed, idiot proof instructions included in the packaging that I overlooked and trashed, so the first few attempts were garbage, but I finally figured it out after consulting my BFF, YouTube. Really great now that we know how it works. BUT save yourself the time and money... just purchase an inexpensive popsicle tray from target or Walmart or a dollar store. They’re easy to work with and produce way more pops for a much cheaper price.

My boy got all his teeth (more or less) coming in at once and this has been the best life saver for whether he wants something frozen to chew on or just throwing some of his baby food in there to eat without all the mess and fuss of spoon feeding. I started out with one but then quickly went to buy another as it made my life so much easier, now I’m buying another two pack because it’s nice to bring this with a thing of baby food for on the go, I definitely would choose to buy any new mom these! In the beginning I liked mixing his food with formula/milk as well and that works great too

My 6mo absolutely loves this for when she's teething. She usually becomes extra fussy, and starts gnawing on her Fists - this is how we know it's time for the Tylenol. But while we wait for the Tylenol to kick in, this frozen teether pop filled with breast milk is an absolute instant relief. It's enough to distract her, and soothe her, and keep her interest with a little bit of breast milk that she gets, that it makes the 20 minutes or so wait for the Tylenol all that much more bearable for both of us. It holds about half an ounce, and is super easy to fill, once you realize that you need to hold the whole thing upside down while you fill it, and then carefully close the lid on top. And the best part is - it is truly leak proof. My little one tends to drop it in random places, and it really doesn't spill, even on its side - in order for the liquid to come out, babe must be actively sucking on it, at least, that's my experience. Highly, highly recommend - get two!

In fairness, I really didn't understand what I was purchasing until I went to use this. The instructions were not clear. Basically there are two ways to use this: as an expensive popsicle holder with a handle that is very functional for a baby or toddler or as a freezable pacifier. My grandchild's first two teeth popped through on the bottom. I would NEVER give him silicone anything to chew on because the silicone will eventually tear and become a choking hazard. (Oddly I saw no safety warning about this other than to supervise your child when using.). This is what most of the negative reviews complain about. I've ended up using it as a popsicle holder, which is fine. It's easy for my 8 month grandson to hold himself and lasts about 8 minutes before the water completely melts. I'm not sure I'd ever put anything other than water in it for a baby or toddler because it would make a sticky mess even in a high chair. This said, he dug it.

Baby is in the middle if teething again, and this has been a lifesaver. Easy to use, easy for her to hold, easy to wash and freeze!!! She does like to drip it down Mommy’s shirt, but that’s not the product’s fault 😅Happy baby and happy mamma here.

So my 6 month old son didn't particularly like it. The tip is a little too wide for my preference. Tried water, milk, and purees in it, freezing and non freezing. None of them made him suck it any more than his other toys. Leak proof design works well, just that maybe my son's a little picky.
