Great straight Bar
Comes in at quite a weight, I would say around 4-5kg which is awesome as straight away you are going up in weight.Well built, smooth rotation with no grinding.Would highly recommend the product.Swift delivery too.

Great addition to my home gym
Bought this to improve my cable bicep curls and I’m glad I purchased it! The rotating of the bar helps increase the contraction of the bicep. Great buy!

Poor quality
Bought this item be cause it looked good in the article add. It was described as having rubber grips. Unfortunately this was not true. The grips are plastic, and the casting of this item is very poor, with multiple flaws. The only thing good I can say about it is that the bar is quite hefty. Bit of a shame as it feels much better than it actually is.
