Wood split easy, but did not break. There was not enough hardware. Once assembled, it is a decent set for our 6 year old grandson.

The wood is very cheap balsa type wood that dents easy and often can handle screws. The instructions are horrible and have you looking for one type of screw that could be in multiple different bags inside of multiple boxes with hundreds of wood planks. Not to mention they sent my original order back without telling me ir putting in a new order, so it did not arrive prior to Christmas. You would hope for the price you would get something that would last.

I got this for my son‘s birthday, and he absolutely loves it! It’s a great set at a good price point! The wood all seems sturdy and anchored into the ground. Well, my only complaint is that the directions don’t make it easy to figure out which screw is which. I wish they were labeled a little more clearly. Took 3 ppl about 6 hours to get it put up.

With 4 experienced workers it took about 6 hours to put together.Love the set but was missing the glider and Amazon wouldn’t do anything about it except for us to return the whole set and get a refund. This is hard to do when you have 2 children so excited to play on it and it was already a month later to get it because the delivery service did not make sure we were available before they came out. Which was 2 days earlier than they originally had stated.

The wood was marked with numbers but the hardware was not. There were many, many bags of hardware (screws, bolts, etc). They were marked with random numbers but the screws and bolts were mixed up inside. Finding the right screw / bolt was the most time consuming. It would have taken practically half the time had they been labeled for steps or sections. The assembly could have been a lot easier if that had been done.The wood in one section of monkey bars did split when the screws were drilled in, but it was a different guy and he didn't have the ladder squared so he wasn't drilling in the center. The more experienced guy, who built the rest of the set, didn't have but one piece start to split.Now that it is up, it looks great. I hope it holds up well. Fingers crossed.

This play set is terrific. Yes it took 3 days with 2-3 people to set up… but the play set looks great! The kids love it. It has held up well but honestly it hasn’t been up too long. It did; however, hold up to about 10 kids at my son’s birthday party. All in all I’m impressed with it for the price. I’ll update if anything goes awry after having it for longer.

When we got the product it was missing the slide. Amazon was great and gave us a discount so we could buy another one. Annoying but they at least fixed the problem. After we have started putting it together a lot of the wood is split and splitting while screwing it. It is very cheap wood. One beam for holding the swing is completely split down the middle. I don't even know if we can finish putting it together. Very disappointed in this purchase as it was so much money and it was missing the slide at first and now a lot of the wood split. We are trying to glue it but I don't think that will work as it's a main support beam. Other support beams have also split trying to screw them together.Update: after assembly the pieces it's much worse than we thought. Almost all the wood is splitting. Amazon customer service was not helpful when bringing this to their attention. The options they gave were a whole new package and pulling the pieces we need. If you saw the shipment you would understand how ridiculous that is. Or we could take it apart and ship it back to them. We bought this for our kids and it won't last long. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

It was a slow process building it with just one person but we are pleased with the set. It’s perfect for our kids! When we received it had a couple cracked boards (probably from shipping) but we contacted the manufacturer and they sent out replacements quickly. We could not be happier with our purchase!
