Well worth it A++
I made this amazing touch/weighted project for my college class. This piece was exactly what I needed and the code worked perfectly through it. I did have to put a weight on it for it to register my larger circumference iteams but it worked out flawlessly. This was a great buy and it helped me get an A out of the class and my project was top in class as well!!!

Works perfect!
This force resistor is being used for a mechanical engineering capstone project by a senior student and it is working perfectly. Thanks!

Extremely durable
These FSRs are incredible. I expected them to be flimsy, delicate pieces of electronics, but they are champions. I put them through a hell of a lot of abuse and they always worked perfectly. The metal end bits made me nervous but they never snapped off. Fantastic for any electronics project where you need a circuit to respond to pressure. Would recommend.

Durability
I used it on artificial hand and fixed it on the tip of the fingers. After a 2-3days it got damaged and it doesnt work

Garbage
The resistance is nowhere near linear. This makes it pretty much worthless for any respectable instrumentation, as this makes proper calibration impossible. This shortfall is minuscule next to the fact that the sensor has a rim around it (the black part in the thumbnail), and that prevents it from getting any reading if the object applying the force is larger than the force gauge. For example, you have two plates, and put the force gauge in between: no reading.

Amazing Sensor!
This is an excellent sensor. There is infinite resistance when there is no force applied, and when a force is applied it is able to measure it very well. There is a nice variation in the resistance value corresponding to the how big the applied force is. I would highly recommend this product.

OK for load changes
resistance fot these is not anywhere near linear, and they don't repeat when given the same load. Just good for changes to load.

Too cheap quality!
I purchased two of them but I find out the break very easily. I have purchased the same item from a different company and the quality was much better.
