Mrs. Renfro’s Nacho Sliced Jalapeño Peppers – Crisp (16-oz. jars, 2-pack)

I hesitate to write this review as these have become difficult to find in local grocery stores. Thankfully Amazon delivers!These are the best jalapeño’s I’ve tried. Always flavorful and crunchy not mushy.Great for nachos or just eating straight from the jar!I always keep an extra jar on hand as invariably someone will ask where I got them and I end up gifting them a jar.

Unlike other food companies that fill their packages up only 60% full, or have more jalepeno juice than actual peppers themselves, this company literally tries to pack as many peppers thatll physically fit inside the bottle. I respect that. Wish more companies had that sort of integrity.Also very high quality, good heat, and good crunch.5 star.

So first, my grocery store carried these and then they stopped!The texture on these jalapeños is consistently crunch or nice texture they don’t smash.I mean sometimes, but for the most part, the texture on these is very good.Also, the consistency of the flavor for our personal pallet preference these are not too much vinegar. The heat so far has been very consistent and I’m so happy with the product we have actually created a subscription..And increased our quantity from 2 to 4 jarsThank you Mrs. Renfro for such delicious jalapeños!

Crisp & tasty. These nacho chips are a permanent feature in my refrigerator.

On one jar the cap was tight. On the other not so much. Cap was not loose enough to cause leakage, but it should have been tighter.The peppers are very good. Chrispy. Hot. Exactly as described. Will buy these again, and will try their other pepper products. Reduced rating by one star because of the loose cap.

Love these peppers. Always fresh and taste great. I was upset the store I always bought them at stopped carrying them.Writing this review because I was very impressed with the packaging, presentation, and freshness. When I opened the box, not only were the jars in great shape and packaging was impressive, they don’t expire for 2 YEARS! Price was same as store’s price - which was great considering the shipping and packaging was included.
