Using for help managing depression and anxiety symptoms: I’ve been taking one capsule a day in the morning for 2 months now. I think this is going to be the first winter in the past 5 years that I’m actually going to remember. My dishes are done, I’m up to date with my laundry, I’m able to lead an active lifestyle, I can even READ. All of those things have been impossible for me in years past. I started using Saffron Extract when I needed to lose some weight and read about the appetite control aspects. I took two pills daily; one in the morning and one in the evening, since other manufacturers suggest this dosage. After taking this for less than a week, I didn't experience any decrease in my appetite, BUT I started noticing a definite decrease in my anxiety levels, which I did not expect! I have suffered with diagnosed OCD for decades. I had tried prescription meds in the past, but due to the side effects, went off it. After some research, I discovered that some clinical studies support that saffron extract can be as effective as Zoloft or other similar drugs.I'm writing this a year later. With time and using the same dosage I did at first, the benefits continued to increase to a point of stability. I experience the same benefits that I had on the prescription meds, without any negative side effects. This has made a huge difference in my daily life; previously I suffered from at least one panic attack per day, but now they are rare. Granted, not every prescription medication or homeopathic treatment works the same across the board for everyone; but it is definitely worth the time and money to try this option.

I started these 3 weeks ago, I have noticed great improvements. I can focus and get things done, I am actually finding joy in the things I like to do. Before this I was struggling with my adhd and depression badly. I have no insurance and so wasn't able to see a doctor and get help or prescriptions and now i feel like i can actually live again not just survive. I can say full heartedly these have changed my life. I don't feel like I am hopelessly drowning anymore. My husband even agrees and says he has missed me smiling this much. My executive disfunction has improved so much with this supplement in such a short time I am so impressed and pleased. I am recommending this to everyone I know and will definitely be buying again.

I bought these after several other things didn't work for me. It says that they help you focus, less hunger, and weight loss. My main problem is that I am hungry all the time even after meals. While I didn't really see a difference in less hunger and focus but I did end up losing 10 pounds when I took it every day for a couple of months. I did not change much about how I was eating and exercising. When I stopped taking it I ended up gaining the weight back.

You get what you pay for. I had no effect from this. Also they have no phone contact you have to fill out a form and they never answered back that's a red flag inconvenient and rude.I had better success with Life Extension brand and Ill try others this is a very saturated market for this now and finding a good one may not be easy

I gained a lot of weight due to some health issues about 5 years ago and getting it back off has been an absolute BEAST. I have a hard time stopping myself when I get going. I read some research about saffron being an appetite suppressant, so I decided to give it a shot a few months ago. I have to say, I notice a difference in days that I take it and days that I don’t. I like to practice intermittent fasting, and this helps me when I’m fasting during the day AND with not eating so much when I do eat in the evenings! I have been actively working to lose weight, and while I’ve made several other lifestyle changes, I definitely can tell the difference between when I take the saffron pills and when I don’t.To those saying that we must be experiencing a placebo effect? That might be true, but I know that I’ve done some experimenting after kinda accidentally noticing a difference in my appetite one day; I was extra-hungry, and I realized I’d forgotten to take the saffron.Also, I take two pills/day; one in the morning to help with fasting, and one before dinner so I don’t eat my entire hand. If it’s a placebo effect? I’m ok with that because it is working!
