For me, these are less preferable than the button because they're an extra dangly thing, they are more difficult to undo, and they feel like they don't keep the front as close together so the pillow is not as snug around neck as I want. Comfort is good. This has been a great little pillow. I had to have surgery and could only sleep on my back for 2 months. Used this pillow every single night. Very comfortable. I'm still using it nightly. The only downside I have is that the zipper split at about the 2.5 month mark. But again, I used the pillow every night, so if this is being used as an occasional travel pillow I doubt there will be any durability issues.

Pros- beautiful color, nice material, carry bag is handy, loop for attaching to bag, decently comfortable, and very affordableCons- takes awhile to expand when it first arrives, has a very potent smell for a few days, and is made for someone with a thicker neck (I have a more slender neck and it doesn't support very well because it slips around)

Bought for a family member and they are very pleased .. perfect for behind the neck while in his recliner .. soft enough , great fit .. color was just right …

this is so soft and cushiony i bought it for my bf because his old one was giving out & he loves it so much, i’m always stealing it from him to use it, definitely biting the light pink one for myself soon ! AMAZING QUALITY

Material of the cover is velvety soft, however, the pillow itself is extremely hard. I don’t know what kind of memory foam is that hard. Very uncomfortable on the airplane even with the seat reclined. Only thing is that it keeps the head upright. It acts more like a neck brace if anything.Update— they were kind enough to offer a full refund. Customer service was good.

This is by far the best neck pillow that I have used so far. It's not meant for sleeping. But I use it thru out the day. Have herniated discs in my neck. So there is lots of pain there. This pillow helps quite a bit. Between this pillow and the cryomax icepack, I am very happy.
