Spigen Slim Armor CS Designed for Samsung Galaxy S10e Case (2019) - Gunmetal

I have had this phone case for 10 months, and decided it was so great that I needed to leave a review (which I never do).This case has been incredibly durable and functional. I've dropped my phone so many times, and this lil case just keeps on keeping on!!It's so compact with its sliding compartment on the back. I use a pop-socket for better grip and it works amazingly well. (Although, with the pop-socket, the back slides open easier when holding the phone sideways because, you know, physics and gravity. Just be mindful of that if this, too, becomes your perfect chosen phone case duo - because it's definitely mine!)I LOVE the sliding back for the cards. Two cards fit perfectly - I keep my debit card and my driver's license in it, so I always have my bare essentials when I grab my phone. SO CONVENIENT AND SLIM!Actually, I typically carry three cards in it, but it is not advertised for that. It has held up despite my flagrant disregard for rules. I've dropped it and the sliding back piece has popped off with the three cards, but I should have known better, it's not made for three. Total user error here, BUT I was able to easily reattach it and keeping going with my rebellious ways.It doesn't have a screen protector on it, but in my opinion, using a tempered glass screen protector with this case has worked marvelously well for me. I've had to replace my screen protector a couple of times, but the case has held up the entire time of my (obviously) rough ways.If you've made it this far in this review, stop wasting time. Just buy it.And, this is NOT a sponsored review. I took a chance and purchased it with my own money. And will gladly buy from this company in the future!

EDIT: I've dropped this case many, many times since writing the initial review. my toddler has thrown it in the house, I've dropped it on concrete on its corners and back, and I've just been all around pretty careless with it. Case is scratched all over, still holding strong.This is an awesome case. Pretty durable, with thick enough material that smaller drops won't crack the phone. I've had cheaper cases before that are scratch proof but not shock proof--this is definitely both.Despite the description, I've actually managed to hold three cards in the back. The sliding motion of the card cover is smooth, not clunky and awkward like others I've used. It is a bit hard to get the cards out of their recessed area, though--you have to pick them up with the edge of a fingernail. This also means that you have to take them out one-by-one. Not a huge issue for me, since I don't access them a lot. Just handy to have my license and credit cards in there.Only real downside I see is that the cool, sleek s10e phone looks less cool! But it's worth it to me for the protection.

I really like the style, color, material and quality of the protection it offers. Overall, great product. No regrets after buying it. Worth it for the price.My only issue is the compartment door that slides, is a little on the loose end. I previously had a magnetic cover (older phone, different wallet case) and that worked well because the compartment door felt like it shut completely. It does provide a little 'click' when it's shut which I really like because it assures me that nothing will fall out. However, the plastic feel makes it feel a little like it's gonna wear out fast.Additionally, it's very awkward to take the card(s) OUT of the compartments. On my old wallet cover model, it was very easy and convenient to take out the cards because all I had to do was slide them out. Here, I have to barely fit my fingertip or finger nail in the small area up in the corner, then pry out my cards, which makes it a little inconvenient. I hope they include a sloped compartment such that cards can be slid out upon removal. Perhaps future models may improve the design such that it's a little easier to remove cards from the compartment.For now, the pros MUCH MUCH MUCH outweigh the cons still. This compartment door issue does warrant -1 star. After all is said and done, I am very content with this purchase. #worthit

This case has served me well for about a year now and my mother just switched phones so I got her the same case I have, this one. I cannot recommend this case enough. I use this case as a college student, I keep my student I.D. in the back since we constantly need to scan it, it works very well for this. The other thing I keep in this is a metal card the same size as a credit card and this is to magnetically mount my phone inside my car. The sliding back plate on this case is both addictive to play with but also smooth and has a satisfying clasp when it closes. I can also attest to the rigidity of this case, not only did I drop this case with my Galaxy S8 in it on the concrete floor from the top of a bunk bed; I also had it resting on the top of my bed and then ripped open my covers sending my phone across the room to hit the opposite side of the concrete room, and then had it fall 6-7 feet to the concrete floor and my phone has no issues at all. This may be a thing case, but its very protective. The only issue someone may have with this case is the fact that its too thick to allow wireless charging, but its easy to remove this case so that's not an issue.

Fits the phone perfectly, it doesnt make it feel too much bigger. The cutouts for charging ports etc.. are the right size. Easily fits 2 cards in could fit 3 at a push. The only minor negative is that the case is very smooth so I feel like I don't always have the best grip however this may be just something I need to get used to having previously used a leather flip case. Tried with a popsocket to improve the grip but the door on the card slot does tend to slide open slightly when you go to grip it - this does not happen without the popsocket.

Fitted well and looks neat. Love the cardholder in the back, makes the wallet obsolete! Makes sidebars difficult to activate, but I don't like those anyway!
