Apple iPhone XR, 64GB, White (Renewed)

Having an iPhone 6, that was now struggling to cope, battery life falling off a cliff ( even after replacing it 2 years ago) I felt it was time to upgrade, but not having the funds to stretch to a new iPhone 12, 11 etc. I was wondering how I could afford to do so, then I saw these renewed iPhones for sale! Wow I thought, too good to be true? but took the plunge anyway after many favourable reviews.It arrived, in a plain white box, with charger, no earphones, (I have my own anyway)All looked great, no visible marks, I easily transferred my data etc from my old phone without issue, then I came to put a screen protector on, which was when I noticed a small flaw in the glass, very, very small raised mark/flaw/chip, which left a very small bubble bottom right of the screen, virtually unnoticeable, and doesn't impact in any way the daily usage of the phone, and at these prices, doesn't bother me at all! the amount of abuse the phone will get over the years of use, I won't notice anyway.Battery life seems good, 89% capacity and lasting 2 days normal use.The phone is a beast though! much bigger than my iPhone 6, with a rugged case oniPhone XR comes in at: 250giPhone 6 :151gIf weight is an issue for you, there iPhone X is virtually identical to the XR but with a more premium build quality, better camera and lighter, but a slightly older processor.I don't have an issue with the weight, it feels really solid and with a case on, very rugged!, the added waterproofing of the later models is an added bonus (not that I'll be going swimming with it! unless I'm diving for rubber bricks!) after walking & camping through recent stormy weather, it's 1 less thing to worry about.Overall:very pleased so far, everything works as described, great price, even the smallest of blemish isn't an issue for me as it will get it's fair share of abuse in the years to come.

Phone arrived looked perfect was perfect had a minor fault. Messaged the seller and agreed to send back the item. Seller received item messaged asking for password we set yo phone. He accessed the phone wiped the phone and removed our stuff. Seller then willingly refunded us the money! Was a shame we didn’t get to have the phone as it was brand new and looked perfect, but all is well as item returned and refund accepted by seller so happy days and thank you to the seller it’s much appreciated

So when I first got this product, it was faulty (there was a major bug with the new software update that prevented me from being able to text or call) so I sent it back almost immediately; but kudos to the supplier because they were able to provide me with a replacement very soon after and on the second go, I was pretty happy with it. Appearance wise it came almost completely new (albeit a few tiny scratches on the side but almost unnoticeable) and it functions pretty much seamlessly.

Needed a new battery on my iPhone XR I’ve had for 4 years so instead of paying for that decided to get a new phone and I was happy with just getting the same one again. Came across this one for a great price full battery capacity and excellent condition. Very happy with my new phone thanks

Ordered as a Christmas present and it stopped working within a week of being set up. Sent the device back and asked for a refund only to be constantly asked if I want a replacement when I’ve already clearly stated that I want my money back for a faulty product!! STILL NO REFUND and no handset - very poor communications!! I would not recommend using these for a refurbished item as getting your money back proves difficult, they want you to have the refurbished device back that could easily stop working again. I’ve since replaced the item myself and want my money back. They cannot and have not provided what’s advertised. I want a refund, not another product!

Powered it up, all working as expected, not shown but included was a charger and cable. I only got it as my ipod touch has failed, this cost less than my ipod touch did, very happy. Slight confusion when iphone was not or was arriving, it arrived today.

I was so worried about how the phone would look and function that I couldn’t open the package and just kept staring at it for an hour or two! I so needn’t have worried as the phone was perfect, if I didn’t know differently, I’d have said it was a new phone.I was a little disappointed with the battery health, but at 90% it was still extremely healthy.I will never pay full price for an iPhone again, I’m so happy with my purchase. It was such good value for money, only dropped one star as the price lowered quite a bit just a day after I made my purchase. Delivery was fantastic with the phone arriving a whole week before it was due.Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a new phone, but not wanting to incur the hefty price tag.

It’s ok, functional and you get what you pay for. I just needed a replacement quick and sent for the same model I had before, which was my work phone. This one is much slower, less responsive to touch and much much duller screens, even on the brightest setting. Sound quality on speaker is dreadful. However it is dated phone. Hoping Santa brings a new one! I wouldn’t recommend this one.
