This mat is a little softer then most that I have had before but durable. It doesn't slide around at all and is big enough to lay a the parts of my gun on. The exploded view is great as well . Hope it doesn't wear off.Seems like a real quality mat.

It is So nice to have a parts list designed into your work station. If you are working on your Gun and not sure where a tiny spring should go or why you might have a screw left over when you get it back together.With mat you do not have to worry about getting oils or dirt on your phone when you need to see where a part should go. this mat is thick enough that it will protect your work surface from scratches and gouges if dropped or slips are to happen. well made and can be rolled up and stored when not in use. If you wanted to do so you could use it as a display of the expanded view of the art of the gun!! This mat is well made and I know I will be using it for years to come.I hope I made your decision easier!!!

Bottom is grippy. Whole mat smells like china tho

This is a very nice cleaning mat for use when doing routine cleaning and oiling of your prized Canik pistol. It has shown to be impervious to gun cleaners and oils. I recommend this item.
