Valentines Are for Saying I Love You (Reading Railroad) Paperback – December 27, 2007

I bought this for our daughter for Valentine's day. I love that its sweet and truly talks abut what the day is abut withur bringing in the crush between a boy and a girl at a young age. This was a good find. In my opinion one of tyhe better Valentine's day books for kids.

This book is what Valentine's Day is all about. I bought it for my adult sisters, adult sons, and preschool age grandchildren. I hear so often people complaining about what they didn't get on Valentine's Day. This book shows that Valentine's Day is about giving, not about getting. The little girl in the book makes special valentines for all of the people she loves and one by one gives the valentines to family members, friends, and even her dog. It is a joyful book that shows the true meaning of the day. It makes a wonderful valentine for adults too at a reasonable cost.

This book was a very sweet book that helped my girls understand more about Valentine's Day. My girls are 3 and 5, and very much enjoy me reading to them, so this was a perfect fit. The book also comes with a couple of Valentine's Day cards your kids can give to someone special.

Anyone can give someone they love flowers or candy for Valentines Day but a book exclaiming I Love You lasts much longer and can be read over and over without getting a tummyache! Fancy Nancy's book of Valentines Are for Saying I Love You was a real hit with my granddaughter and even in March she can read the book and remember her Nana loves her.

I got this as a Valentine gift for my granddaughter. She loved it. It was nice that it had little Valentine cards in the back that she could make for her mommy and daddy.

Every little girl should have this for Valentine's Day, instead of candy! It comes with four cards to pass out to your loved ones! It teaches the spirit of giving and sharing with others! Very adorable illustrations!

Valentines gift for 2 year old granddaughter. She loved it.

This is an excellent choice for preschoolers. Charming illustrations, and it stays away from all that "boyfriend" stuff girls are deluged with all too soon.
