Sushi Chef, Soup Red Miso, 0.53 Oz (Pack Of 12)

I use these packets for backpacking. What you want is something hot and salty, and lightweight, while the rest of dinner rehydrates. Sushi Chef however passes muster even at home and from my wife! I've tried quite a few brands and this is by far the best and most expensive. A tiny demerit for me is the overlarge packet. It it wastes space and costs weight.

Love this easy, tasty soup. Great for a light meal and excellent either hot or chilled after preparation.

It's easy to make and it tastes great. Definitely an item I'll be able to take on camping trips for the convenience. It is a little pricey but overall worth the buy.

I did my homework before buying a box of miso and this one had rave reviews which I can concur with. Red miso's are more my speed anyways because they are said to be more nutritious than white.Compared to other instant miso's, it's loaded with veggies and the flavor is delightful. It's a great go-to miso to have on hand for myself or a snack at work if i am needing something warm and savory. Highly recommend.

For instant miso, this is fantastic: rich, flavorful, and balanced. Of course from scratch will be better, but this is delicious, quick, and has a multiplicity or uses. I sometimes add extra tofu and seaweed to make a quick meal or use it as a rub for salmon.
