I like William Buhlman and find him an inspiring speaker
I like William Buhlman and find him an inspiring speaker. However, his approach doesn't work for me. I'm not good at visualising and he depends on this attribute, so as a person who is somewhat haptic, I became discouraged and unsettled. I'm also not inclined towards the extensive use of affirmations - they distract and annoy me. If you share my unfortunate disabilities, you'll find Bill's approach unhelpful too. However, I understand he's trained many people. I'm just not one that responded to his approach. Wasted money for me.

Amazing and inspirational
If you are serious about OBEs this is the book for you. I suggest you get it as I did in audible. I listen to it everyday and find William inspirational. The way he narrates the book you absolutely believe everything he says and you can't wait to get started. He gives you so many techniques and makes the content personal so it's so easy to relate to.
