 The reason to purchase this was not willing to go to gym but do workout at home. Since I go to swimming also I thought this will save time at home instead of going to gym. I was need this for abs amd when I saw the price I ordered it. Because other products who were similar to this was costly. This is a good purchase. I'll make schedule and try workout would also share.The bars and rods are quite heavy, griping is also good. And you'll get paper leaflet easy to install. I got this product 3 days ago, after using this for last 3 days I am very much satisfied about its quality. It is made by very hard metal which can carry your weight easily. There are several soft grip to give you comfort. The given screw quality is very good. You can do several exercises with it, no matter what your age is it is very helpful for you. quite good and worthy.
