7 Grain with Flax Pancake Mix Gmo-free 2#

This is much different than the blue packaged buttermilk mix. Full of flavor and no need to add anything. Texture is also good. No disappointment in this product. Premium price, premium product.

This pancake mix is tasty and nutritious!

This mix is very tasty especially if you add pecans or walnuts. My only complaint, it is very expensive for every day use. I would recommend using it on special occasions.

I do the McDougall protocol which is no oil, eggs, dairy or meat. I use 1 Tbsp ground flax seed plus 2 Tbsp water for each egg and applesauce for oil. They turn out teriffic!

This mix makes delicious pancakes. I first looked at this due to the flax and high fiber content - was elated to find that it also excellent flavor!

Make great uber pancakes. The football team loves this stuff.

I personally did not enjoy this pancake mix, very bland and cardboard feel.
