The product looks exactly as pictured. Very attractive. The fragrance filled the space without being too overpowering, however, it did have an artificial scent to it and it gave me a headache. This may just be my personal sensitivity to it. I did open it and put the reeds in it so I will not be returning it.UPDATE: I am changing my to 5 stars due to the excellent customer service I received. The company reached out to me to offer me a full refund and said they hoped I would give them another try. I did, with a different scent (Lavender and Sandalwood), and I love it. It’s not too floral and not too woodsy, perfectly balanced… and best of all no headache whatsoever. I’ve just ordered another bottle so I can put it in my office!

I'm not sure why some people say they can't smell this. It's a lovely clean scent. I have two of them. One in my bathroom and one in my living room. I will buy this again. Freshen everything in a honest way. Not blow your head off fake smell. Get it!!!

Fragrance as expected. Small shells in bottle were very very tiny. Hard to really see what they are.

This is very beautiful. I love the shell theme, as I have an ocean theme room. However, the scent is not very pleasant at all, in my opinion. When I wake up in the morning, it smells like someone sprayed Raid around the house. Maybe next time I'll try a floral.... But love the bottle!

Smells good

Since this is Christmastime, I searched and ordered a diffuser that would give that Christmas Tree/Holiday scent we all love at this time of year. Upon opening and setting the reeds in place, the scent was rather faint, but I thought maybe after a day or two the scent would be more noticeable . . . not. So, I placed it in my bathroom, it being a small room thinking the scent would then be noticeable . . . not.I would have to say as well, that it really doesn't smell like a forest - more like a lemony cleaning odor. Instructions say to remove the reeds after a bit and place them the other side down into the bottle of oil for better scent . . . not, and it was a bit of a mess not to get oil dripped on and around the bottle (do it in the sink if you must for easier clean-up). It was a bit pricey compared to a few others, but I was given an Amazon gift card from my sister for my Birthday and am sorry now that this is what I chose to purchase on Amazon. I don't recommend this item; take a real walk in the forest, get yourself a real Christmas Tree and some real pine boughs to decorate with, and then you will have that wonderful scent!

I was a little skeptical about buying this because the last time I bought something like this (different brand) it lasted for like a week and I had to replace it. Not only is this eucalyptus sage so good smelling, but its also lasted a really long time. I think right now it’s barely a quarter empty and I’ve had it for at least two months. I’m so excited to either repeat this scent next time I need a new one or pick a new scent. It’s also such a nice touch with the eucalyptus right in the bottle as it becomes more of a decor piece that way while still being functional! It’s not too overpowering either, I have this is my half guest bath and the scent is perfect.

This diffuser is not a mild scent . While it smells very citrusy it’s extremely strong and over powering

The smell is not strong enough for the whole room.
