The mop does a good job and is easy to assemble and use. The neck broke after 9 months but I contacted the seller and they replaced it straight away. So all in all, I'm a satisfied customer.

Where to start.Delivery: amazon left it on my doorstep without knocking, no packaging (just boxed with a clear pic of what it was (separate issue but still).Assembly: the parts are made so that they *only just* go together. Mine didn't go together. Husband had to hammer the two parts together. And before anyone assumes I wasn't doing it right, I followed the instructions to the tee. I was gentle at first, tmtried twisting and turning the parts together, then pushing, then ramming... No luck. Literally had to crack open the toolvqg to get this thing together.The mechanism works in a way that each part of the three part system needs to be perfectly aligned for it to work. Otherwise the inner mechanism to activate the squirty thing doesn't work. The handle you squeeze will just go slack.Even though I have now put the mop together, the handle goes slack all the time so I'm constantly readjusting the poles, and have actually had to gaffs tape the parts together so the squirting mechanism works.Use: when the squirty bit works, it's okay. Not great. It doesn't distribute a lot of product (expect to have to squeeze 3 or 4 times for enough liquid).The microfibre cloth head doesn't really pick up much. However I do like the fact you can take it off to wash it.The mop head itself is incredibly weak, I am always worried it will snap if I put any kind of pressure on the mop when in use. It has a swivel head which is only attached by a small plastic part which doesn't look sturdy.The pole handle... Well, read my above comments lol.The squeeze trigger, again, not great. Goes slack all the time so I have to manually tighten the pole handle constantly.Overall pros: lightweight, comes with a spare head, the heads can come off and go in the wash, 700ml bottleOverall cons: did NOT go together well, feels poor quality and I expect it to break very soon, the squeeze handle goes slack/doesn't work well, have to squeeze 3 or 4 times to get enough liquid out to mop properly, the swivel head feels weak, water bottle is hard to remove.My advice?DO NOT BUY. I was swayed by all the positive reviews. I suspect these are fake reviews.

Easy to use once set up and great for mopping large areas of floor. Dries much faster than a normal mop, which was the best feature for me. Was a little difficult to assemble with the parts being a bit stiff to put together. Only 4 parts tho so not to much bother. Does leak very slightly but maybe something im doing. Not enough to stop me buying again should i ever need to and like the idea of spare head for when one is in the wash

Easy to put together and feels pretty solid.Easy to use with pump trigger and swivel head meaning you can get in corners and under furniture.Big win here is, if you live in a hard water area like me, you can clean your floors and dry them enough to leave no smears.Problem is, they develop leaks around the water carrier after a while and I have to store them upside down to stop them dripping. I have 2 of them and they both do it so it is a design fault.They're good at what they do but not very well made.

It is a good concept, works well and is good for reducing on mess and waste with buckets or disposable mop heads. The problem is, after owning two now and only using them occasionally in one small room, it is clear that the joint between the head and the handle is not strong enough. During use it feels weak and on both mops we have had breaks very quickly in a way which can't be repaired (snapped plastic parts). The bottle is also hard to remove without spillage. Unfortunately it is not really fit for purpose.

I have had one of these previously lasted approx 2 years before the handle snapped! I bought another one and this one is 10 times better than the previous design, but most of all the dispenser is so easy to remove, I have arthritis so thank you for this, also it's much more eco friendly no through away pads just wash and looks like new. plus a little brush to clean the pad. Great buy

I love this mop when it works. Only had this one since June 2023. They either seem to start fully leaking, the handle snaps or the pole snaps. This is probably my 6th one and even with lifetime warranty it’s very hard to get a replacement as you can’t contact anyone.
