My go to Knife
I have an Enso set. Includes a Santoku. Nope. Always grab this. It just works exceptional. Sharpens well and dulls slowly. Fits in your hand like a dream.

Great secondary chef's knife
Transitioning out of college and in to "adult" life, I have recently gotten in to cooking for myself, instead of eating like a college student. I bought a full knife set a little while ago, but found myself wanting a "second string" chef's knife to use if my main knife had meat on it or was dirty or something like that. I originally ordered this thinking it was a ceramic blade. It's not ceramic, but I didn't really read the amazon page, so that's my fault. I saw that it had good reviews and that it cost $6, and pulled the trigger. It doesn't matter that this isn't ceramic, it came out of the box ridiculously sharp. I had my knife sharpener out and ready to go when this came in the mail, but it didn't need it. I like keeping my knives really sharp, and for a cheap blade I think it holds its edge okay. I use this knife about half as much as my main knife, and find that I need to sharpen both about every two to three weeks, and I use them both a lot. That's not bad for a cheap knife. To be honest, I lost the plastic sheath within 24 hours, but that's okay. This knife fits well in to an empty slot in my knife block. It may not match color wise (all my other knives are black) but I don't really care about that.

A little thicker than I'd like
I need a serrated knife mostly for slicing tomatoes. This starts and continues a cut easily, but it's hard to keep it in line to cut even slices - i suspect it's because it's much thicker than my old sorely-missed, thin, cheap serrated knife that I paid maybe a couple of bucks for four years ago, and recently broke. With such a sharp knife, I do appreciate the sleeve that comes with it.

Great knife, sheath is meh
I love these knives for cutting fruit, sheath was just squished so the knife catches the weird skinny piece of plastic

Love this knife
I have one (in red) that I absolutely love. It's my go to knife for everything. I bought one for my mother-in-law, who is 98, in red, too. The one I received was orange with only the blade being red. It will be fine but I really wanted the red.

Sharp and looks good
I keep this in my lunch bag for fruit. Very sharp. I like the color and the design also.

Sharp, but not dishwasher safe
This knife is very sharp. It is probably the sharpest knife I have ever used. Tomatoes, even over ripe ones, cut with ease. Now I need to add that it specifically says it can rust and to hand wash and dry it. With the coated blade and plastic / rubber handle I did not think that would be the case. It is not a problem except that handling of this blade regularly can definitely lead to a cut or two, maybe even a serious one. Despite this draw back, I intend to buy more in other sizes, if (and I don't know this yet) it holds it's edge. For the price, even a year or two would be fine.

I love this knife!
So glad to find it. It’s replacing my old one which is still in great condition after years of daily use.
