The media could not be loaded.  DVD is in great condition no scratches or anything, it was wrapped in that clear plastic protective wrap. It came very quickly which is nice. Overall happy with the product. This is going to be my daughters Christmas Eve gift she gets to watch before bed❤️ hopefully it plays well & no skips 👍🏻
