A little sweet
I bought this as a replacement for soy sauce. It doesn't taste like soy sauce but it adds some savory and sweet notes. If you add some apple cider vinegar and some salt, you can get close to the taste of soy sauce.

LOVE IT
I had this in the back of the cabinet and forgot it. One day I discovered it and used it. I kicked myself for not using it sooner. This stuff is GREAT. I put it on almost everything now. I don't know if I can get it at a better price. I don't go shopping so much nowadays to avoid CV19.
