I have been in auto retail for 40 yrs. and know that Dorman brand is a re-box from the manufacturer so you are getting factory grade parts.....and they cover everything.

I ordered 4 rims for my Civic in August to put snow tires on for the winter. I had the tires installed and put them on my car at the first snow in November. One of the rims has a smaller inner hole and did not seat correctly on the hub and caused 4 wheel studs to shear off on the right rear. It has a different code stamped on the rim than the other three. The code on the incorrect rim is C69. The other 3 rims have a code of C63. Looks identical except for the inner hole size. Of course, the return window closed the end of September. So, now how do i get a replacement?
