Amazing!
Installed on my 2018 Toyota 86. The install took about 1.5 hours with a friend and it was totally worth it. I definitely notice a slight performance gain and the sound is simply incredible. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the result.
There’s a part that is supposed to connect the inside of the box with the intake but doesn’t reach properly. This may be due to car being in a prior accident. Also there’s a plastic nozzle that screws into the intake tube that breaks if you aren’t extremely careful. Otherwise it made my check engine light go away, so it did what I was hoping for. Provided manual and youtube video very helpful and made installation very easy and fun.

Works but slightly damaged upon arrival and may have been used
Upon delivery the amazon box looked great, no signs of damage. Opened it, the K&N box was damaged and looked like some cheap tape on top as if it had been opened and repackaged. Upon inspection of the product I saw the main pipe/tube was damaged. Contacted amazon support who said I can return it, wait for it to get back, then they will send another. I noticed the damaged area was the part that connected to the throttle body with the rubber hosing. I'm somewhat impatient so I went for the install and luckily it worked out. The install took about 45min. It defiantly adds some depth of sound at a noticeably louder engine. It's not obnoxious but it's slightly louder. I didn't DYNO before or after so I won't talk about gains but the butt DYNO likes it.

Great
I bought this for my 13 fr-s and sound great. I felt the increase in boost. And throttled response was a bit better. Overall I’ve had it instal over a year now and It’s great for the price

Do not buy
Looks and works, but the box doesn't come right up to the snorkel. Will have to buy the same rubber matrial that seals it on the hood to kill the space between the ram snorkel and the filter housing/box. Also, the filter seemed dry which is unlike all other K&N filters I've bought. The bag it came in wasn't full of residue. I added K&N oil to it, just in case. All of this is true, but went back to OEM intake n drop in filter at the request of my personal Subaru mechanic, the dealer, and my tuner. DNB!! CEL HELL!! P0171, P1171 ...TOO LEAN.

My BRZ sounds and performs better!
I bought this for my brand new 2014 Subaru BRZ. The installation was relatively easy, but I started throwing P0171 CELs within a week of installation. I've tried a couple of things to fix this, even going to the dealer, but in the end, it's well worth the cost for the additional power and throatiness of the engine sound. CEL still persists occasionally, so maybe a remap of the MAF sensor is needed.

Definitely Used
First off, the delivery got pushed back a day later. When I finally received it, first noticed the box was damaged (ripped/cut open down one of the corners) Just did a quick check to see if everything was there. Had all the main components accounted for so I started the install. Got to installing the brackets on the heat shield and had seen there were a few scratches on it and the tube. The tube also had drop or pinch damage on the end that goes into the throttle body. Two or three scuff marks mid pipe.I completed the install but definitely realizing I paid the New Price for a used item. I think the only new thing in the package was the filter itself. Just wasn't about to spend another week or more for this part.As far as the product itself, they supply all the hardware you'll need other than two or three bolts that currently holds you OEM filter box. They also supply new hex screws for your sensor. Instructions are straight forward and three different manufacturers stickers.I can and will post pictures of the damage at a later date, just wanted to get this out.
