My husband has been using crew products for years and loves them

My barber uses this conditioner when I get a wash after my haircuts. I usually buy this from my local barbershop to use at home, but they were experiencing supply issues, so I ordered it online. I really like the scent, and the peppermint oil is tingly on my scalp. It's not heavy feeling and it rinses out feeling clean. I don't notice that it moisturizes my hair any more or less than other conditioners, but I like it a lot.

Great value for the size! I've been using American Crew products for over 20 years. I have an oily scalp & this doesn't weigh my hair down. Smells wonderful, too!

Really great price for such a huge amount of conditioner! I have been ordering this for several years and in November of 2017, the product that came was watered down and lasted 1/2 the time it used to, because more product was needed for same results. I figured I would order one more time and in December of 2018 I received a new bottle and all was well with the world! It is back to thick and smooth conditioner. Only need a dime sized dollop in my palm and it conditions my hair like no other. I leave it in all day and am told by my hair stylist that for so much gray hair...it is the softest she has ever cut! So it works super well and keeps away the dandruff too! Love this product!

I’ve always just been a shampoo guy and I’ve always used selsun blue for dandruff. Someone suggested recently suggested that maybe I have dry scalp and not dandruff. So I bought this conditioner and boom, no more dry skin. It’s has kind of a menthol feel to it, and you can feel it soaking in to your scalp. I knew I wanted this product, came to amazon because it was the beat price I could find. Happy to get rid of my dandruff shampoo. Product works great, and the bottle I bought is big so it will last for a long time.

Some reviewers have gone so far as to suggest tampering or even counterfeiting in the supply chain as the explanation for the thinness of this product. My bottle came wrapped in plastic directly from Amazon, and it too is on the watery side.This conditioner is formulated for shorter hair, as is generally found on men. Conditioners for longer hair tend to be heavier (and ergo thicker) while conditioners for shorter hair are lighter...and unfortunately thinner. This means you won't get that satisfying creaminess you're used to from other brands, but this conditioner works well and doesn't weight short hair down like those brands do. It provides a nice tingling effect and smells nice too.

This conditioner is really good. It is not greasy at all and rinses out very easily. Leaves hair soft but not oily looking like some conditioners. It has a minty smell when using it but that rinses mostly out and your hair just smells clean without a lot of scent left in which is gray.
