Best option for most grout applications
I've been using this float for years. I've recently purchased a new one because I was stupid and left a wet float, in a wet bucket, in my truck bed in freezing temps. Don't do that, it's not good. A whole side of the float became bloated and deformed. It did come back to shape for the most part over time. The solid configuration and soft edges make for an easy grout job. Grout floats wear out over time, but since this one is a solid piece it doesn't affect the performance much. It pushes grout into joints well due to it's flexibility, and because it's nice and soft, its easy to remove most of the excess grout from the tile surface. In my opinion as an industry professional, this is the best I've ever used, but I don't recommend it for epoxy, that requires something a bit stiffer.

Best float EVER
Why pay twice the price for the float. Because it cleans the grout so well, you use less clean water and sponge. On a large job I saved hours. When this one even starts to lose its edge I’ll give it to a friend and buy a brand new one. Buy this if you’re a tile installer. You will never get a standard Home Depot throw away again.

Better than the old school designs.
This thing is great but the only reason I deducted a star is because it seems a little out of balance and is a little large which causes your arm to wear out sooner on big jobs.

Preferred over the red Troxell
I’m a DIYer who was doing a tile renovation in our larger bathroom floor with plans for other areas of our home. Wanted to try out a more premium product and checked many different tile installer YouTube videos. Some recommended the Troxell brand, but reading comments of other pros, they recommended the SuperiorBilt. Holding them both in hand I just preferred the feel of this one. Yes, it is heavier than the Troxell, but just feels more sturdy and has a more defined edge to spread the grout cleaner. It is bigger as well, so worked for our larger surface area flooring project. Almost seemed like the weight of the SuperiorBilt against the tile does the majority of the work versus the other which I felt like I was pushing more. I’d equate this to using a heavier bowling ball or baseball bat I guess. Definitely costs more, but I believe the rubber and handle suggest a more premium product over the cheaper options. I doubt anyone would ever see your finished product and wonder what float you used, but I enjoyed using this one to complete our flooring. Really kept mess to a minimum and cleans up like new afterwards.

Wonderful! Very well made
Wonderful! Very well made. Sturdy and makes the job that much more enjoyable. Remember folks...you get what you pay for. Don’t waste your money on cheaper (cost and quality) stuff!!I did over 1000 sq feet of tiling. I borrowed some equipment from a friend. I bought a hardware store float for myself but my friend had one like this in his kit. His blew mine away shortly after I started working. Mine wore out!! Because I had help finishing the job I needed a second float and I wanted to replace my cheap one with one like my friends. Without knowing exactly what he had, I had to go off of descriptions of what was available. This float is perfect. I loved working with it. Never again will I get a lower quality product!

Worth the money
Great grout float, you can pull tight eliminating alot of unnecessary clean up. A little on the pricey side compared to other floats, but hey you get what you pay for. Unlike cheaper floats it will keep a sharp edge longer than the first use or so. I have had mine for 9ver a year now and still works great

Buy this float, it's money well spent!
Love this float! I've just bought the cheaper foam/cheap rubber ones from the store and they lasted maybe one or two jobs. Seen this one on Instagram somehow and figured why not try it. It's great! Two jobs in so far and it's still like new. Glides over the tile so much better not leaving as much grout as other ones. It's bigger than some others so that had some getting use to but overall great product!

Best float thus far
I have to say this is the best float I've used thus far. Took the grout right off the tiles in one swipe. Grout just rolled off float during clean up. Buying some more for my workers.
