6 Pc. (Bare Root) Clubmoss Assortment for Terrariums, Fairy or Shade Garden

I continue to be astounded by the outstanding quality of the stuff I get from Tin Roof. Each 6" x 9" bag is stuffed full of live moss, big samples in excellent condition, living and green. This one's no exception. One piece was a veritable evergreen bush, 6" tall by 3" wide, about 12 cattail branches together on one root. Two pieces looked like tiny sequoia trees, 5" and 4" tall. Three pieces of frondy fan-like trees, about 4" tall apiece, but very wide. And to top it off, a bonus piece of carpet moss 4" square was included in my bag for freebies. All in excellent condition. I didn't even know these existed. All the other moss I've ordered from Tin Roof has surpassed expectations as well. I will continue to order from these folks.hint: Use a "16" Clear Acrylic Globe, with 5.25" neckless opening" for your terrarium, it works really well.

I am a pretty decent gardener. But I could not figure out what to do with this. No instructions were included. There is really no root, so I can't figure out how to plant it. I sent an email to the seller looking for some help but have not received a response. Also the pictures are not a very good representation of what you get. I received nothing that looked like the big tree shown.EDIT: I planted in dirt as shown in the pictures. Within 2 weeks everything was dead. Never received a response from the seller, apparently she doesn't care.

I do not believe the negative comment made. This is an excellent purchase and the quality is extraordinary.

Not packaged well & no plant/grow instructions… moss died within 2 days of being opened and in soil. :(

Waste of money

Foliage is in great condition, and actually included 3 of each species instead of two as advertised! So generous! They're adapting well to my shaded garden; a bit of wilting since they are bare-rooted, but should be well established in a month's time. 5/5
