Hisense AP12CR1G 12,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner (Renewed)

I didn't have any other answer to cooling my room off except for something that would exhaust out the window like this does. It cools off the room quickly and I have a pretty good size master bedroom. The exhaust hose gets warm (as expected) so I wrapped it with a blanket and it worked even better. Thanks for this unit.

This Hisense Portable AC has been nothing but trouble since the first day I received this unit. Planet73 Outlet Center claims to be a certified refurbishment company but they should be ashamed to have allowed this unit to be shipped. Firstly, the unit was supposed to be black, but it is grey. But this is the least of its problems: the filters are filthy and the “easy” setup provided is not worth the paper it’s printed on – it does not contain the instructions to properly start the unit. For this, the manufacturer’s user manual is required. This unit does not come with a user’s manual. It was not until I searched the web, and pulled down a PDF of this model’s user guide, was I able to properly start the unit. Before this, it kept shutting down immediately. The proper starting sequence is in the user’s guide (which is not provided by Planet73 Outlet Center). Even then, this unit does not start properly unless the remote settings are in sync with the unit panel settings, bizarre to say the least. Save yourself some aggravation and go with a different unit, and avoid this company. Amazon, take note!

if I could give this 0 stars I would and i’m going to try to contact amazon to have the seller de listed.The listing says 12000BTU and I received a broken 7500BTU model. Looks like it’s very common for the item to be broken based on the other reviews.Save yourself the time and disappointment and buy a different AC

Acabo de recibirlo es muy pesado para mi .... y para colmo no e fría solo es aire caliente en mi habitación. Hoy que llego esperaba que todo funcionara bien. Estoy molesta no tenia contemplado que enviaran un equipo de aire acondicionado que no funcionara

Doesn’t work.... was looking forward to ac in my bedroom but it just blows warm air around. What a waste of my money...
