EXCELLENT!
I purchased this saw a couple of months ago and was holding back on writing a review until I put in some time using it (compared to people that write reviews the day they open the box).AssemblyThe assembly is a little funky, particularly the stand. I am very mechanical and put it together without a problem but that's me. I think someone less mechanically inclined might have some difficulty. Everything else is super easy to put together.AccuracyWhen I put it all together the first thing I did was check the blade and fence. The blade was .01 degree off from 90 straight out of the box. Very good. The fence was about .15 mm off from square but the way this fence is adjustment is very easy. And the table is flat (flat enough).PowerPower is EXCELLENT. When you turn it on it spins up instantly, and I have ripped 2.5" walnut without any problem whatsoever. But the thing I wasn't expecting was when you hit the off switch, the blade stops almost instantly. No 30 second spin down. It just stops. Very nice.OtherSkil got the dust collection pretty much perfect. I hooked up my shop vac to the dust collector port and ripped down 3 sheets of MDF (12 8' rips) and had almost no dust issue. A little on the table, but nothing floating around getting all over the place. Very, very good!OverallI am very please with this saw and would not hesitate to purchase it again.

Great saw - very smooth operation
Was very happy with the purchase. After a relatively quick assembly process, I was able to start using the saw right away. I was a clean and smooth cut, so much so I hardly even felt the saw working. The stand takes up a little extra room, but well worth it when I need to move or temporarily re-position for larger cuts.

Great saw 4/5
I just finished my first project with this saw and I was very pleased. It cuts through every material I used like nothing, including 3/4 ply. My only minor complaint is in reference to ripping large sheets. The unit itself is not terribly heavy so when trying to rip down sheets of 3/4 ply, you MUST weigh down the machine, otherwise it will simply tip as you feed the lumber into the blade. A couple of sand bags will do the trick. Other than that I am super happy with this tool and it was worth every penny. I absolutely love the ease of it folding up and rolling away for storage. It was pretty simple to assemble, took maybe 10 minutes. It looks very nice and is extremely well built. The motor is very strong and I highly recommend this buy.

Awesome saw...arrived a day earlier than expected, too!
My husband and I love the saw. The driver brought the saw all the way into the workshop for us and put it down.Exactly where my husband wanted it placed! Great service rhere! The outside of the box did have some significant damage, so at first, we were skeptical. But not to worry, the inside was carefully protected, and everything arrived in perfect condition. After getting the saw set up, all bolts properly tightened, etc. we checked the factory alignment, and nothing needed to be adjusted...great job, Skilsaw! So far, we are enjoying using the saw. We even find that it wiii rip VERY narrow pieces of wood accurately, a job we previously could only hope to do well on the band saw! This is a great.saw for someone who will be needing to move their saw around frequently because of the huge support wheels. We will rarely be using this feature as our shop.is large.enough for it to stay in one location 99% of th time.We highly recommend this saw, even arriving with one of the best blades on the market today - a Diablo blade - makes an incredibly smooth cut!

Excellent portable table saw
This saw has a place for the fence, cross cut miter gage, kick back claw, blade guard and saw dust angle tube with no rattling also the tube is very good at putting sawdust into a bucket. Has plenty of power to saw though 4x4s. Angle settings and fence measurements all right on. Can be moved easily on large wheels whether in transport or upright configurations. Changing from either upright or trasport configuration to another is as simple of a single foot latch.

This is the Bomb
Worm drive. verry fun to wheel around. ripped some 24 foot boards with it. that is straight up gangster. beats using a oscillating tool. I read some fellas review about how he put it together and he said the bolts or something hit the frame while folding and it would not close or open properly. I put mine together and put all the bolts etc. in properly, thus I had no issues. If you can't read instructions or are fairly stupid this is not the machine for you.

Great product
To start with my delivery was 1 day early. How can that be bad? The assembly and adjustment instructions were oddly precise to the point of confusing. Skilsaw should hire a better technical writer. It took about 90 minutes to assemble and check the adjustments. The only thing off was the 45 stop. After that it ripped damp pressure treated 2 x stock with ease and accuracy.

the machine extra are are very poorly made.
all parts were poor. worm gear went out after very little use bad placement for the dusk bay got caught in the raising and lowering of the blade. Need more work on the lock that holds table up. Very bad. Need to put a better video on how to put it together,it would help a lot. THE BEST THING ON THIS SAW IS THE PUSH STICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
