Not only is this a beautiful set, but when the valve we received didn't quite fit, I reached out to the seller and they located a valve to ship to me right away! It fits perfectly and now we have our dream bathroom! Don't hesitate on this one!

good product support
About one year since installation, water started to spray from the side of the shower head. Contacted seller. The support staff is quick to send a replacement without question asked. Installed the shower head and now it works well again.

Clicking sound with Px changes
Very happy with the final look of this classy shower system. Great pressure from head and wand. However, believe the mixer valve to be faulty or poor design, because now whenever there is a water pressure change (downstairs and upstairs faucets, downstairs and upstairs toilets, downstairs washer) the clicking sound can be heard throughout the house. Very annoying, but the tile’s unsealed so I guess I’m going to have to live with it. Hope this is something that is fixed with future models.

shower head cracked after 14 months of use
Bought this shower set 18 months ago. Well, back in November , a little over a year after purchase, the shower head has a crack in the metal, at the top of the head where the water source pipe screws in. It's now shooting water over the top of the shower curtain onto the bathroom floor. Very unhappy about this. This set was expensive, it should not have a crack in the metal alittle over a year of using it. Now I'm going to have to buy a new shower head. I do not reccomend this product any longer

Overall, very happy with this shower!
We purchased the matte black finish. Looks awesome, it's modern and substantial. The finish is holding up well three months in.Installation turned out to be moderately difficult but doable for someone who has some DIY experience. We were nervous that the handheld and the control would not be flush to the tile but it came out pretty nice.The shower head produces a medium drop rainfall that is soft but still good pressure. It will drip for about 20 seconds after turning the shower off. The handheld is also great. It is plastic but has a solid feel and great pressure. I would buy it again.
