Had a little trouble lining up the connection arms, but afterwards it was fine. DID NOT ARRIVE in TWO CARTONS like the AD said. Only ONE BOX. Super heavy to carry. Fabric is the best out there. Color is deep and attractive. There is no directions about the wire harness connections and they are marked incorrectly. Had to search for the A/C plug adapter. It was cable tied up underneath the seat. The assembly directions drawings are terrible. Who draws this stuff? The comfort of the chair is great! The reclining ability is better then my old Lazy Boy. The manual reclining lever is quick to a snap. The seat is stiff, but it will probably soften up after use so, no complaints there. The heat & message are a little weak, but it's the chair I'm after. I would recommend this to the fussiest customers out there!

This chair was purchased to replace a 30 yr bassett recliner that had fallen into disrepair. Really took a chance on purchasing online without laying hands on the actual product, and I'm happy to say that so far, it wa a good decision.What I like:1). The chair fits my 6'2 frame much better than its predecessor. (Headrest and legs)2). Padding for armrests, legrests and back are very comfortable.3). It sits a bit higher than I am accustomed. I rather like it, but it also feels a little unusual. I think this will take a little time to adjust.4). This is my first year wrestling with ongoing back pain, so the heat function has been a welcome feature. Because of the noise, the massage feature was only usable at lowest level, which didn't have much of an impact.5). Respect to Amazon for providing 3 day delivery right B4 Christmas.6). I prefer manual lever to electrical controls. The delivered model works more smoothly than the brands that I could test at La-z-boy and Rooms to go.7). It has only been a few days, and I've already caught had unintended naps.What I didn't care for:1). The seat padding was just not comfortable. In fact, it is downrigt stiff. I'm hopeful that this will improve over time.2). The massage feature is just too loud at medium and high settings. At low setting, the health benefit is nominal at best.3). I dont think this would be a great choice for shorter customers.4). The wired remote just dangles over the armrest or lodges in crevices. A side pocket would have been a welcome feature.

This chair is wonderful!!!!Assembly is just putting the back on. No tools needed. Material is beautiful. Comfort is fantastic. Reclines easily.

This chair looks like a used one not what I was led to believe it was. On the back it has slices in the material as if something sharp came in contact.. The footrest won't stay up. When lowering the footrest there's a loud BANG from underneath the chair. This purchase is going back unfortunately. I saved the dammag shipping container for proof of poor handling before I got it.

What a waste of money…. This chair is the worst! And it is impossible to return because I was told to put it in its original box but the box was destroyed trying to get it out of the box therefore it was unreturnable without the original packaging . This chair is UNCOMFORTABLE , not enough padding in the seat therefor it feels like you are sitting on just the wood which is very hard…. The armrests have the same problem…. Not enough padding and you can feel the wood! Also, it has a massager that only really makes sounds…. You CANNOT feel it and it DOES NOT have the heat function, furthermore, it does not stay reclined … it slips back up! I think these chairs are rejects sold by Ashley through Amazon …. DO NOT BUY this product …

I love the chair but the massage system vibrants a constant LOUD SOUNDS IT'S USELESS I imaged when I pay for a name brand chair to get quality the massage system is not quality and I purchase two of these same problem . I'm looking for a answer to my problem. thanks
