this is a really nice decorative plate. It is inexpensive - yes it is fragile - very fragile. Mine came broken...some tiles were off - the paint was chipped on the corners.I put some putty on the corners and re-glued the tiles...It was a gift for my mother - she love beach decorationsShe loved it - it is beautiful.It is fragile - it isn't a wonderful piece of quality - but it is very pretty and a nice tasteful decoration that is unique...and inexpensiveit is nice - we like it.

Just okay. A large number of the tiles came loose in shipping and I had to glue them back on. That was okay but the sides and bottom of the plate are not finished well at all. It looks fine on a very low portion of my end table where it is seen from above but it looked cheap when out in the open.

This is a visually appealing piece! It is of poor quality, by that i mean it is very light duty and the white coating on the edge flakes off with just the slightest touch. It measures 9 5/16" x 9 5/16" (square). I love the look of this piece, but that's where the positive aspects end.

I love this plate and would give it a 5 star review - except Amazon shipped it without and padding around it, so when it arrived it was all chipped up and had broken pieces. It's a beautiful plate otherwise. Might reorder and give it a second shot.

Bought it to replace a souvenir plate from Mexico I broke, oops, have it on our coffee table and works great! A few chips on the sides now, but looks fine

It was bigger than expected but no worries. I'm just glad that it came in one piece and nothing chipped.

These are beautiful but can broken. One of the squares came off one and the others corner was broken. I fixed it with super glue.

Gorgeous! !! Other review said they were broken or falling apart but I ordered anyway and can't lie I'm very happy I did
