Small but very efficient
This paper trimmer was perfect for this job. Did the work of a full sized one perfectly. So glad I chose this one. Had NO issues whatsoever. Good clean razor sharp cuts. No rips or tears. It performed flawlessly. Best part is it's so easy to store. Love it -

Keeping it straight and narrow
As a hobby I make architectural models. I use 3/16" foam core for primary walls and floor, and this cutter/trimmer is NOT suitable for that. Foam core requires a purpose-built mat cutter.but once the floors and exterior walls are in place, for detail work I consume a lot of 5-ply cardstock, construction paper, and especially a lot of photo paper as it covers justabout every visible wall surface - all of which requires precise cutting - much more accurately than I can do with scissors, X-acto knife, or (gasp!) single-edge razor blade. For these I use this desktop beauty. Once I've done my layout (often computer generated) It is essentially instant setup and use.

It’s worth the cut!
For $9.99, this does the trick. Lightweight equipped with a slider for cutting. Works well for these arthritic hands 😁

Pleasantly Surprised
I wasn't certain if this cutter would do the job. It's lightweight and blade didn't seem strong enough when I ordered it BUT I've been pleasantly pleased. It does its job. I really didn't want the big blade cutter type. Caution, I use it for small personal jobs.

EXCELLENT
I used this to trim photo paper for a project, and it worked really well without costing a fortune. I had nice even cuts that looked wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Worked well but didn’t last long
This is a great product that worked very well initially but unfortunately did not last longer than a month before breaking. I primarily used to trim card stock, maybe too thick for this tool.
