One buckle was broken and one strip that covers the velcro on the bottom was missing. Now that I see that the buckle was shattered, I can see how flimsy the plastic is. The defective buckle is one of the buckles that is on the end of the container and is needed to hold the cargo bin in place in the back of my SUV. I guess I can tape the plastic that is there to hold the strap or put a rubber band around it, but I am wondering how any of the buckles are going to hold considering how fragile they are.UPDATE: Durabenz immediately responded to my comments and recommended that I return the defective product explaining that sometimes problems like mine occur in packaging and shipping (on any product). I asked Amazon to replace with like, and the next day I received a replacement. The replacement had no defects and was just what I wanted. I liked it so much, that I ordered a second organizer for my husband's car. I would like to change my rating to 5 STARS because of the immediate customer service and the fact that my replacement organizer is just what I wanted. Durabenz went a little further in ensuring that my experience with them was favorable.

First things first. I very rarely write reviews - only when a product is a big dissappointment, or when it exceeds the expectations. Durabenz car trunk organizer fits into the second category.My trunk has always been a big mess (as you can see from pics) so I decided to look for a trunk organizer. Went on Amazon and looked at the options. Options were plentiful but all involved having a similar design, namely folding cubbies. Price points were between $25 and $40. After looking at the options for a while and not seeing a ton of differences, I’ve decided to go for one of the newer products in the category, thinking that they must have improved on the original design the most. So I ordered the one from Durabenz.The product arrived quickly and it was nicely packaged. Inside, packaged nicely in plastic was the trunk organizer along with extra parts and hardware.Setting it up was quick and simple and involved just unfolding and flipping the bottom pieces into place.I’ve then started looking at various configuration options and it was nice to see that I could configure it into a single cubby vs double cubby, add dividers, and it came with the top cover net, which was a nice touch.So far, so good, pretty much as promised.What got me to write this review however was thinking of how many ways I could use the product.Yes, I could use it to store the stuff bouncing around the trunk. But! I could also see myself using it when bringing stuff out of the car to the camp site. I could see myself use it as a bag to go Costco shopping (which is a huge one as I always forget to bring large bags)!!Anyways, it’s that potential that makes is a great product in my book..

Love my new car organizer. The top notch quality shines through in it's construction. I must admit I was somewhat skeptical of what the actual construction, usability, & function qualities were going to be BUT I thought why not give it a whirl. I was not just pleasantly surprised but I was pretty much stunned that it is not only truly as advertised, but if possible it's even better. It is well constructed, not at all flimsy but rather very sturdy, does not slide around in my trunk at all (and I live in the mountains & boy do we have narrow, curvy roads that previously caused my groceries to fly all around my trunk). Not now. When I arrive home I now am pleased to find all my groceries exactly where I left them; in my awesome new car organizer. If I owned another car I'd buy another one. Buy one now, you'll be happy you did.

Haven’t had a lot of use yet but product seems well built and provides plenty of options for containing the junk we keep in our vehicles. My selling point was the net since I planned to use it in my 4x4 and didn’t want things to fly out.Update: Found a few things I didn’t like so much. First, is there isn’t a good way to attach the net, and second the stitching is coming apart.

I purchased some oversized carabiners to hook it to my truck bed tie downs. It worked flawlessly across the bed of my Ram 1500. I use it for everything. Its very durable and I haven't had any issues with it. I purchased two and connected them together to stretch the bed of my truck. Great for groceries or anything else you don't want flying around.

Exactly what I needed! It's very well made, heavy duty, versatile, and like the way it can be downsized! I use it in the back of my jeep wrangler TJ and the anti slip cleats keep it from moving around! I can put the jack in it along with my tool bag, spray cans of lubricant, fire extinguisher, 4 way lug wrench, winch kit, and still have room for a 32oz. bottle drink! The side pockets keep all sorts of items handy, flashlight, extra batteries, extremely diversified! It's perfect for my 97 jeep because we all know there's not much room in them for storage, and everything was rattling, sliding around, and very irritating! Instead of having to buy an expensive tool box this does it all! I liked it so much I got another one for my 2015 Colorado, I use it for traveling, and put it in the back seat as well as the front seat too! Defiantly Recommend and will buy again! For the price you can't go wrong!!!

I love this organizer!!! It is well made with a nice thick fabric construction , very sturdy and rigid. Awesome car storage , now my car is very neat, I put all the kids stuffs inside when we are going out, no more stuff flopping around in the car. It is also perfect to carry delicate groceries like eggs. I also love the nest, it allows me to fill it to the top without anything spilling out when I am driving.
