I really like this faucet but i admit it feels alittle more delicate than the Delat signature we are replacing. I too will chime in that the plastic is a disappointment. If you use it gently though i hope to have it for a long while. I would not recommend this one for busy households because i fear lots of rough use may not be good for it.

I have had this same faucet since 2008. Only lately,APRIL 2024, it started to drip when the handle was in the middle position. If I set it to the far right or left it stopped the dripping. I was going to replace the cartridge which MOEN sent me for free. I figured that I may cause more problems so I decided that because this faucet lasted these many years that it might be wiser to REPLACE than to REPAIR the faucet. I purchased the same model and it is now installed, by the plumber, and working fine.GREAT PRODUCT BY MOEN

I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it. It moves very easily and the spout/hose pulls out effortlessly--much easier than my last faucet. I read reviews that complained because the spout is plastic and not metal (as the base of the faucet is), but I do not have a problem with that. It is very, very smooth to the touch and I really like that. I did not give it 5 stars only because as happy as I am with my purchase, I would prefer if it were a little bit shinier. I know it is labeled as "matte black" but it would be so much prettier if it were shinier and although the setting that changes it from a standard flow to spray is easy and works well, aesthetically I would it like better on the bottom rather than the top of the spout. These are very minor issues and not a deal-breaker but I thought if I am going to give something 5 stars, it would have to be perfect in every way. With that said, I am very happy with the purchase.My husband installed it with some difficulty only because the depth of our sink made it difficult to get at, but he did it without any complications or leaks. He wanted me to mention that he did not like that it did not come with written instructions. I had to look them up online and even then, had to print them 1 page at a time. I could not even just hit the print button and get all the instructions at once. If you are not computer savvy, you may not even have any instructions for your new faucet.

Wasn't expecting the nozzle to be plastic, but it works well. I just need to be careful with the nozzle, so that I don't hit it against something and break it.

Just bought this faucet and had it installed today. Best price around too. I had the chrome one for over ten years but it was getting to the point it needed to be replaced, so I just bought another of the same in a different color. Moen is the best as far as I’m concerned. Easy to install and I love the pull out sprayer!

This review gets one star for the company that shipped it, not the quality of the product. We have this faucet in our home and like it very much so we bought it for another property we recently purchased. The product came in a timely manner, however, when our plumber opened the box, he found that the hose to the faucet was not inside. Major inconvenience as someone will be living there in three days and now we have a faucet that is not functional. Because of the timing we can't wait to return it or even ask for a hose to be shipped so we'll have to purchase the hose from a local plumbing supply store. I guess I can see why this faucet was so much cheaper than online at Home Depot!2/21/13 I am changing my rating to a 5 star for this company. After contacting them about returning the faucet that had no hose enclosed, not only did they refund me, they also told me to not worry about returning the old faucet. They felt bad and didn't want to inconvenience me any more than I already was. Wow! Great company and customer service.

What an upgrade! No more splashing water everywhere (had a gooseneck) and the low profile doesn’t obscure my kitchen window view. Works great, I’d recommend.
