The product works pretty well.
Comfortable Mower. Time will tell for durability.

Not good on hills
Cool looking and fast. But slides horribly on inclines, especially if wheels are wet. If you have a small incline this might not be the way to go.

Husqvarna mower
Husband loves his new mower. It came with some damage, probably due to how heavy and bulky it is. But, Husqvarna answered our call and sent a new engine cover, as it had a small crack. Also included a spray can of paint that matches it perfectly.

Missing parts
Showed up missing parts to steer the mower. Also they were 6 hours late. So I have a broke mower that wont steer in my driveway

Not very impressed
I got this mower last summer and used it all summer long. At first i thought it was wonderful but it didn't take long to notice the problems with it. It works great when you have a big, flat area to mow without anything to go around. I love it then. I can go fairly fast and it cuts well. The problems show up with I have to go around stuff in a tight circle or have a slight incline. when i have gone around things or if the grass is a bit damp, then the wheels tend to spin and dig up the grass. Also, if there is any sort of incline, if i try to go up it, i feel like i will flip over backwards on the thing - IF it could even make it up the incline that is. If i go down the incline, then it goes down very quickly and it is harder to control. I can't really afford to get rid of it and just go buy another one but i won't be buying one of these next time. I wish i had my old mower back many times last summer so it will be a happy day for me when this one dies and we are forced to get a different one. Also - when it came in the crate, it was a wooden crate basically that had rubbed on the seat and wore a hole in it - that was replaced with out any questions but i had to report it when i was signing off on the package it said. the service that delivered it was also not prepared to unload it. if we didn't have farm equipment available to help unload the crate, i am sure it would have ended up in a busted heap on the driveway because the unloading platform only was big enough to hold about 1/3 of the crate.

Don’t buy
Twice in four month the thing will not move at all.

Does not cut good!
I am 62 years old and have had more than my share of mowers from manual to push, toro, snappers, cheap 5 and dime ones, you name it and this zero turn (the first I have ever owned) is the worst mower I have ever mowed with. Trust me, do not buy!!!!!!I had friends, work colleagues, you name it, tell me you cant go wrong buying and owning a zero turn. So finally I gave in because I had to start cutting my mother in laws yard and mine which is about 5 acres altogether, and though it would save me time, so I bought one. I still have my Poulan 42 inch standard rider and it out mows the zero turn any day.I have had mine, Husqvarna Z254F 54 inch, for about 4 months now. I mow about 5 acres every two weeks. When I first started mowing it did not cut good, would have to go over it again (THIS IS A BRAND NEW ZERO TURN MOWER) So I thought must be the deck or blades need sharpening, or just me having to get used to a zero turn. Adjusted deck (not much as it looked good), sharpened blades and thought this would do the trick. Not so, still would leave strips of uncut grass ever so often.Third time mowing, changed blades again (by now I have bought 5 different sets of blades two different kinds kinds) and still doing the same thing. Constantly having to re cut the yard, yes mowing twice. So I read the manual some more and it says that if the grass is over 6 inches you will need to mow twice. Definitely not over 6 inches but oh well still need to mow twice. Then it says to not mow fast, i have mowed turtle slow and trying differnt speeds and levels of the deck and still leaves uncut grass. I have sharpened blades over and over, used new blades, you name it.I have never had to mow over grass twice in my life unless it was grass that had not been mowed in 6 to eight weeks. I can take my Poulan rider and mow the same grass and never need to mow twice, in fact my wife and I will mow at the same time on each mower and the Poulan mows good and always need to follow behind the zero turn to catch what it misses. What a piece of junk!
