I add it to my coffee
So, I haven't done any bloodwork or whatever, and I can't tell you if I've absorbed this stuff. I feel like it's probably also impossible to tell if you're feeling much benefit-- and that's okay. That's what I expect from vitamin D and calcium, is to do invisible stuff to my skeleton and mostly imperceptible stuff to my body. Here's what I can tell you-- this helps make a great cup of coffee. Swedish egg coffee, which is the least bitter and acidic method of prepping coffee I've had, works in part because of the eggshell's calcium. tl;dr, you know how coffee erodes your tooth enamel? Put this stuff in your coffee, and it will both be less acidic, and less harsh on your enamel. It's way easier on your stomach and helps neutralize some of the bitterness. I do a tiny pinch of salt, a half-teaspoon of this stuff (if you happen to have a bamboo matcha scoop, that's perfect), and a little cinnamon in the grounds. I then put the same amount of this calcium in the coffee directly. The result is a gloriously smooth, far less bitter and acidic, just generally great coffee, assuming you start out with good grounds. Your teeth, your stomach, and your tongue will all thank you.

Powder form is easy to mix
This is powder form. It has no taste. I mix it with applesauce or sprinkle it on pudding. Very easy to take. I have trouble swallowing large capsules or pills, so I ordered this.

Excellent product
I like that this is an unflavored powder. I've added to smoothies, juice and coffee. A very easy way to add calcium to your diet.

Awesome Stuff But Doesn’t Dissolve Well
I have super weak bones and was recommended to take 1,500 units of calcium daily. I was tired of choking down two horse pills each day and was super excited to find this. It doesn’t have a taste and I can put it in my tea or coffee in the mornings. SO much better than taking huge pills every morning. The only complaint I have with it is that it doesn’t dissolve well in liquids. A lot of it just settles to the bottom until you take your last sip and get a mouthful of calcium. While I still use it in my coffee because I’m stubborn, I think it’d really work best in things like smoothies. Still, I’m very pleased with it.

Causes diarrhea and upset stomach
I’m a pharmacist and picked this product since it listed carbonate form of calcium was the primary source per the ingredient listing since it’s listed before the citrate salt form. However, on Taking this product, it caused stomach, cramping and diarrhea. So it leads me to believe that it primarily consists of the citrate form of calcium instead of the carbonate which would explain the diarrhea side effect. I wanted a non-pill form of calcium carbonate, so I was very hopeful with this product, since I have trouble swallowing a lot of pills. However, after taking it, I was disappointed. I missed the window on return, but I see someone said it was not returnable anyway. I’m not sure why there’s so many positive reviews on this product when it was not a positive experience for me and a few others. Also, it does not dissolve well in hot or cold liquids. it leaves a gritty powder at the bottom of your glass and causes upset stomach soon after ingesting. It may mix better with a smoothie where it’s grittiness can be masked better and suspended better. I would go and find a different product.

Powdered calcium? Yes!
I dislike swallowing pills. Sometimes I crush them in order to take them, so when I saw this powdered calcium, I had to try it. It doesn’t taste so bad, and I usually have to fill the glass up again because there may be a little residue, but that’s OK because it helps me meet my hydration requirements.
