***UPDATE***I have washed these towels 4 times so far and they are still expelling lint on me and my bathtub when I dry off. I want to like them because of the rice weave, but they are no better than the cheap towels from a big box store due to the lint. They will be going into the giveaway box since I wouldn't use them as rags because of the lint. Don't waste your time with these towels.I love the rice weave pattern that is hard to find, so I jumped on these towels. I used to buy mine at Ikea, but they stopped making the rice weave towels. I washed these towels when they arrived. I noticed a great deal of lint in the dryer bin after drying them. I have noticed even more lint on me when I use them! Lint is all over my bathtub too. I'm giving it 4 stars because of this. A quality towel needs but one washing to rid the lint. These look like they are going to need several washings to get rid of the lint - hopefully.

I received these towels yesterday and when I opened the package, I was very disappointed. The towels are thin, hard, and not at all fluffy. Very much like that towels you would find in a cheap motel.I'm going to follow the suggestion that you wash them first before using. Hopefully, this will provide some miraculous change in their softness and texture, but not holding out hope. Will update review after the wash. (If it fails, hopefully I can still return them and buy something better.)

I was looking for an absorbent, attractive, natural fiber towel that is also soft but not big and fluffy - and I wanted teal or a shade of medium to dark blue. I was really excited to find these towels in teal, they were even nicer in person. They washed up nice, not excessive lint and they feel great. I ordered another set in linen.

I am simply blown away with the quality of these towels. I was honestly not sure what to expect. The towels are thick and very absorbent. I am going to buy more of these!

I knew these weren't going to be super luxe towels and the are of decent quality, but thinner and rougher than I was hoping for since I was seeking this exact texture/weave style fo towel. Good for a second ro guest bath!

The towel set is great for my own everyday use. Love the navy color. They wash nicely and very absorbing.

I bought this 5 months ago and they still bleed when they are washed in cold water. I will be looking for different teal towels

They are a great addition to our navy blue bathroom. We have washed them a few times, but the lint keeps shedding like crazy every time you dry yourself off. Hopefully overtime that wont happen.
