Has anyone used this kwith the Moerun led retractable fan that has 3 colour lights?

I’m afraid I haven’t, but I can say it works perfectly with the fan I’ve fitted it to. The unit provides control for 3 fixed speeds and a separate switch for the light by an “On - Off” function output on a single wire at mains voltage

I don’t think you can. Try contacting the vendor direct and putting it in an email. You can send messages through Amazon to those business.

The light side of my fan is a led with white, yellow & grey wires. it works but is dim? the fan side works fine on all settings.

The remote do not support dimming.

Can you buy a second remote?

You can buy a second kit, not a second remote. If you only need remote, we can send it from factory directly, however, in this special time, it is so hard to delivery the goods from factory to customer directly.
