Thoughts after 4 days of use
Full disclosure, this was my first time buying a reclining chair with any sort of neck or lumbar support. I was looking for a chair that would last a while, offer comfort while working from a desk in an upright position, but could also switch into angled positions for relaxing or taking a snooze. I landed on this chair because it was one of the few chairs on Amazon that didn't seem to have any consistent issues mentioned in the reviews, and even if issues were discovered, the customer support seemed impressive, as they seemed to always get back to users with either a refund or new parts. Can't stress enough how important that is.Anyways, setting up the chair wasn't too laborious. Plug in this, attach that. Certain parts of installation may be easier with two people but I was able to set it up alone. The chair comes with all the screws and tools (Allen key/screwdriver) needed to setup the chair. "Ikea" type pictures for setting up, pretty self-explanatory. Only thing that's questionable is that the top piece of the chair doesn't seem to be locked in to the bottom wheel portion. May not be a problem and I'll update this review if it becomes an issue.Chair is feasibly adjustable in height, and reclines further than Neo in the Matrix. Feels comfortable and the best part is that due to the lumbar and neck support being attached to the chair via elastic bands and snap in clips, the cushions are easily adjustable for anyone that sits in the chair. I normally work from the desk for about 9-10 hours five days a week and I noticed an immediate change in how comfortable my back felt in this chair. I HIGHLY suggest this to anyone looking for a chair with good lumbar and neck support that can last through long hours in an upright seated position. Cheers, I hope this helps anyone out there looking for a chair that costs a bit more but will give you way more comfort and longevity.

Initial thoughts - Very impressed!
Let me preface this by saying I do not write many reviews. I cannot tell you how much research I put into finding a chair. I looked for weeks online, watched YouTube videos, etc. In this price point ($200 and under) you would be hard pressed to find something substantially better IMO. I just got the chair today and I must say, I am impressed. It may be because my other chair was well over 10 years old, but with that being said, it's looking pretty good so far. Reason #1 - Very easy to put together. It realistically takes about an hour and one person can definitely do it without help and the tool required for assembly is included. On a side note, everything was packaged and protected nicely. Also, the chair is very sturdy and appears to be made well. It is a little bit heavier which I think is good. I have hardwood floors and I am not sliding all over the place. Reason #2 - Aesthetically, I love the look. If you don't like the flashier chairs, this looks very professional. Reason #3 - Ergonomically it hits the mark so far. I may adjust my rating after a long gaming session. Also, I now work from home so it will be a good test to see how I feel after sitting on it all day. One thing that I wish this chair had is 4D armrests. I have seen them at this price point but, looking at this chair overall, I was willing to not make that a dealbreaker. Most of the time I just want the armrests out of the way and you can do that with this chair by just lowering them all the way down. The arms do go up and down, just not in and out. I look forward to updating this review in about 30 days after I have broke the chair in.

It's a good chair.
ProsComfort:-made of out of soft touch materials. I especially like the soft arm rests.-shape of the chair comfy.Sturdiness:-feels solid and has a nice weight to it.Assembly:-All needed hardware is where it should be. When you assemble the chair, you will better understand what I mean.-Even though they do supply an Hex/Phillips L-shaped tool, I used a 12 mm socket/cordless driver and a Phillips-Head screw driver. Putting it together is as easy as fastening few screw/bolts.Cons:Aesthetics: So far, the only negatives I find are aesthetic, (which is very subjective, so this may not be an issue for everyone).-The Musso Logo is weird. It looks like it says: Russo. Unfortunately, This 'R' is comprised of weird squiggly lines that look like a "rear end" coming in at a 45° about to sit down, (I guess it makes sense for a chair, but still, kinda weird, especially during professional Zoom meetings).-Logo Overkill; There are too many Musso Logos.Overall, dig the chair, hate the logo(I'm glad that I don't have to see the logo while the chair is in use.) See the pix and judge for yourself.PS: Once you see the flying 45° butt, its hard to stop seeing it.*I will update this review as the chair ages and if any major issues arise. The delivery and assembly date was: 09/06/2020.**Full transparency: I am writing this review to get a mat that the Musso will provide for the feedback.
