How To Flip Your First House: The Beginner's Guide To House Flipping Paperback – March 13, 2018

Short and sweet. A great way to get the process started, get some good context, and get a foundation for future dialog. I have mostly used a buy and hold strategy on rental and vacation homes, but this gives some guidance on flipping as a business and insight on exit strategies. My son and I are going to give it a try.

This was such a quick and easy read! Touches base on almost any question you have for your first flip. Nice to read to get you prepared for your flip.

The book is very straightforward and clear. However it reads more like an expanded outline than a true guide. It’s so very broad that I had already picked up 95% of its concepts from listening to podcasts and articles on the web.

If you haven’t read a house-flipping/rehab book before, this is a good starter book. If you have read other house flipping/rehab books, it’s likely that there isn’t new content in this book that you haven’t read already, as it stays pretty high level. I did like how concise the author was, though, as it made for a quick but informative read.

Straight and to the point! I will be reading this book over and over Until I get aquatinted with the flipping business!

If you want to get started with the most needed knowledge from not knowing anything this is a good start

I felt this book was very effective in explaining all the aspects of real estate in a “no-fluff” formula! I felt like i heard the author talking to me and giving me the information like i was his best bud, with no BS. Very informative read.

Real estate is Jeff's "jam" and it's evident by how "jam-packed" this book is. By this as a quick nitro boost way to get up to speed. His book "21 Ways to Find Off Market Real Estate" is a fitting follow up once you've decided to start flipping. I hope my real estate path crosses with Jeff's in the future.
