Minor's bases are great, I have and use most of them. This Vegetable base is great also. It taste just like sautéed vegetables. I use it in soups, stews, gravies, etc. where ever I've made it from scratch. With the base I can increase or decrease the amount to get the exact flavor I want. Is in my fridge with all the rest of their based. Hint: some of the bases have more salt so taste it first, remember a little goes a long way so add your salt your pot after adding the base. I've been using Minor's for about 20 years now. I got the tip from a Chef with his own restaurant.

Taste pretty good.Spoon in little by little, it can get dishes very salty. Taste as you go.

I absolutely love this for roast beef, stroganoff or any thing else you would normally use bouillon in.

I first learned to use this product in my school cafeteria where I used to work.It doesn't take much to flavor, and so much better than bullion. Wonderful for many soups and good seasoning for vegetables. I use it year round.

I like this stuff pretty good. I was subscribing to a meal kit service and they use chicken stock concentrate in a-lot of the recipes. So when I quit the service and still wanted to make some of the meals, I got this. It tastes similar but not quite as good.

This beef bouillon has the best taste for using in anything that you want to bump up with a rich beef stock.
