REJS PULL OUT KITCHEN BASKET STORAGE SELF/SOFT CLOSE 300 400 500 600mm Variant Multi (400mm HETTICH, silver)

I am really pleased with the fitted unit, good quality and work exactly as I wanted. One star is lost because the fittings I specified were not included and had been replaced by a cheaper option. However, the company did re-imburse the cost difference when I pointed this out to them. The fittings supplied were of a perfectly acceptable standard .

Easy enough to install if you actually read/understand the instructions! Good option for a low down cupboard to avoid awkward access.

Seller has failed to provide any resolution to address the faulty component sent and as the baskets cannot be secured to the slide rail due to a missing retention clip the product is un-useable

Arrived without the screws - messaged Customer Service over a week ago and got standard acknowledgement and then silence. Not very impressed.The instruction leaflet is daunting and relates to all variations of the model - couldn’t make head nor tail of it. Pale spidery print doesn’t help. But the installation video is excellent and with the help of the template fixing the runners to the floor and adding shelves was a doddle.Can’t say the same for the door though - no problem fitting it with the help of the template but the two final fixtures joining the top of the racks to the door were very tricky. Trying to drill holes so near to the metalwork and eventually getting the screws in with a right angled screwdriver - bodged job.

I converted a double shelf into pull out drawers recently in 2 stages, one half at a time. The concept works well.I fit a NOMET unit at first which you can buy on amazon at a higher cost. The installation itself is not too complicated. Overall a decent product but the soft close mechanism on the unit I received is not smooth; it needs a good push till full close rather than a gentle close mechanism one might expect. Rest is fine.So, I used this REJS unit for the other half. The close mechanism is obviously significant improvement from NOMET and works as expected.Comparison:The REJS top shelf is deeper than NOMET and some may find it useful. On minor negative the REJS unit is slightly shorter in depth than NOMET. I am not the best at DIY and had trouble fastening fixtures at the top end of door compared to fastening door to NOMET unit. Nomet unit feels a bit rigid/sturdier than REJS and I could see the REJS railing fixtures baulk slightly when drawer is extended. Hence 4 starts. However REJS unit has worked without any concerns for past 2 weeks. BTW REJS is also cheaper.I would recommend REJS unit based on closing mechanism.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought 4 of these in different sizes to fit different cabinets during kitchen reno. Love that my new kitchen door can just be attached and the cabinets look uniformed. Soft close, great value and easy to fit.

Reasonably priced unfortunately instructions not clear enough but managed to figure it out, all fitted within the hour after repeatedly viewing instructions.
