Alex and Ani Bangle Bar Imitation Birthstone Bangle Bracelet, 2.75"

I'll admit, I've never purchased or owned an Alex & Ani bracelet. I bought this from Amazon because, well, free Prime shipping. It is a gift for my grandmother. I didn't read the reviews until after I bought it. It's my m.o. I was a tad worried that this would be the worst thing I've ever bought, but it just showed up and it's fine. The stone is not oversized like some of the photos in reviews. Also, it's definitely a stone (or glass), not plastic. The three small dangles are printed well and clearly readable. The imprint on the stone dangle is a big blurry, but it's stamped on a curved object so that makes sense. It came with a black bag and some paperwork and was in a sealed clear bag with an Alex & Ani barcode with the official website on it. All these complaints about a missing box seems silly to me. Who buys a bracelet for the box? They probably just don't include it to lower shipping costs and save space in storage. Mine wasn't bent, but with the way it was shipped, I can understand how some were. They come in a padded envelope, but that only helps so much when it comes to USPS.p.s. if purchased from this listing, it's sold from the official Alex & Ani Amazon Store... which is run by Alex & Ani. So if you feel that the item is knock off, maybe take it up with them instead of cursing Amazon for it?

I loved it while it lasted. Lasted me a while too. I got it in emerald green to wear for my dad's birth month May (I wore a birthstone bracelet of each of my immediate family members including myself). It was so beautiful I wore it EVERY SINGLE DAY. I had to learn along the way how to clean it, but I don't know how to maintain it without getting a green ring around my wrist. I avoid having water splash it when I have it on, but it just won't stop marking up my arm. It's a beautiful bracelet though!!!

I gave this as a gift to my daughter in law on the birth of their baby girl. It is the birthstone for June.

I really like this bracelet and the first day i got it, i wore it all night. Having small wrists, there's not a whole lot that feels comfortable to wear, let alone, keep on overnight.With that being said, I think the price is way too high for what you get. Recycled brass costs 30 bucks?? I only got this one b/c it was half of that.It's bright yellow - so trying to pair this w/ other golds is going to make everything look ridiculous.I have another one wishlisted, but I doubt I'll get it for the price and materials used. Even my body jewelry has better color (that stays) for a MUCH better price.

I purchased the Alex and Ani Bangle Bar Birthstone Bangle Bracelet. My birthstone is December so it came with the blue zircon. This stone promotes spiritual growth, optimism and prosperity. The bracelet and the charms are made out of shiny silver. You should never clean these bracelets with jewelry cleaner but with mild soap and warm water. Other people on this website have said that this is not authentic. I hope this is not the case because I really like this bracelet. I was going to return it but I have decided to keep it because it is so pretty! I am giving it 4 stars because there is a question about authenticity.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I was a bit disappointed when it arrived in a thin plastic bag. The bag says Alex and Ani and came with a card but it did not come in a box. Amazon packaged it together with some other bigger bulky items. I was very surprised that they packaged it this way rolling around the big packing box unprotected. Even more surprised it wasn't bent or damaged. The bracelet itself is pretty but I can't tell if it is authentic Alex and Ani. I decided to give it to my daughter anyway and explained to her it may not be real and we can return it if she wanted to. She immediately put it on and has been wearing it ever since Christmas and said it was one of her favorite gifts she received. For the price I paid and the fact she is happy with it, I'd say it was a deal. Real or fake. Three stars because 1 would not be fair and 5 only if I was sure it was real.

There's no difference between the ones I bought on Amazon then the ones at the store at Nordstrom Rack or the Paper Store, I went with the Amazon ones to compare. The first one I bought was November it came in a box with card and the July one did also. I had the November silver finish for over a month now and hasn't tarnished. I just received my July gold finish today. I haven't had a problem yet but I did notice they are sold by different sellers so maybe some aren't real like I've read in the reviews. If the July one fades I will write another review. I'm gonna buy more because I want all my children's birth stones. I'll keep you posted!!!

pretty but smaller than I expected

It’s a gift for my mother in law so I was hoping that it came in a giftable pouch. Instead, it came in a cheap plastic bag. The bracelet looks flimsy but the birthstone is nice.

Very beautifully made. Feels more expensive then it is. Also it's great cause there's no seams in the loops all saudered together so my baby can't destroy it. Beautiful peice very happy with my treat to myself :)
